I have been a client of Guys and Dolls for well over 20 years. I love that this is a family oriented salon. I have never felt that anyone ever pushed a hair cut or product on me, but the gals are always ready to discuss options or recommend products, if you ask. You cannot go wrong for the prices here also. This can be your «one stop» as they additionally offer massages, facials, body waxing etc. for a great pedicure see Maureen. You don’t need to go to a «high-​end» salon to get «high-​end» hair! Guys and Dolls is a quaint and cozy family oriented, girlfriends-​kind-​of salon. Very professional but very comfortable; not catty as some can be.
I have been going to Guys and Dolls on and off for about 12 years and have always «played-​it safe» when it came to my cut and color. «Just cover my gray strands with something that is close to my color, «I’d always say. And, I always left satisfied.
BUT…
Yesterday, I was on a mission because I wanted something different. But, I didn’t want it to be so different that it changed my style. I can’t imagine how difficult it must be for hairstylist to want to please a client that says, «I really want something different, but don’t make it so different that it drastically changes my normal style.»
Regardless of my almost impossible request, HEATHER DID IT! She gave me a reddish, caramel, chocolate ombré that knocked my socks off. Yes — I really just wrote that it knocked my socks off. I was literally sitting in the chair looking at my hair, slapping my hands on my thighs yelling, «I LOVE IT! I ABSOLUTELY LOVE IT!».
The prices are reasonable and consistent. Consistency is key — I’ve been to other salons where the price they charged didn’t match any item or combination of applicable items on their menu.
Don’t waste anymore time reading this. Call Guys and Dolls and ask for Heather. You will walk out with fantastic hair!

I went to Guys and Dolls for the first time today and got a sea salt body glow scrub. I thoroughly enjoyed it! The price was very reasonable. Kristy made me feel very comfortable. I never had one before but have always wanted to try it. The sea salt is massaged onto the body by the tech and the massage table was warm. She also used heated towels to scrub off the salt. It was very relaxing and invigorating. Something worth trying. I will be back to this salon despite the distance from my house (about ½ hour with no traffic). The staff was very friendly and welcoming. I will be going back for more and try other services as well. It’s a great find!
