Very disappointed! When i calculate the amount paid into a per hour rate I paid this hack over $ 150 per hour. Prior to contracting with Dan at D & N I asked no less than 4 times for a per hour price and I was never given an answer. That should have been a red flag but I thought try him out with a small job and see if it works out. We had 2 estimates but both contractors were 30 to 60 days out and D & N was available that week. When I met Dan I did go over our immediate needs. Once the work was done I asked for an invoice — Dan said «Oh I forgot it, I will drop it off later» I said OK. 2 weeks later nothing so I called and asked and Dan replied «OH I will just tack it on to the next one» WHAT!!! You didn’t even tell me how much and I am supposed to trust you? I said NO I need a price in writing first. Dan aid I will work it up and drop it off. 2 weeks later I got the bill. A small ¼ page generic type invoice with a dollar amount — ZERO explanation. How can I trust someone that doesn’t think enough of his own business to conduct all aspects professionally? How can he properly do his taxes if he doesn’t keep accurate records? How can I trust someone that doesn’t respect me as a customer to treat me in a professional manner? For the amount of work done and comparing it to other estimates D& N was 75% higher. I will never call him back for the rest of the work.

Purchased thru Angies List. Never again. They were horrible. The first time they came here they could do any of the work requested. All they did was argue over the phone. Then they came back to update some outlets, but I bought the material, to make sure there didn’t have to be a third trip!
