Page Terrace Beachfront Hotel

I used to come to Treasure Island with my family when I was younger. Now I decided to come down here with my husband. We came across this motel on the internet, and hoped the good reviews I read were true.
They were.
Since we reserved our room last minute, we did get one of the «bay side» efficiencies. (Queen bed, kitchenette, dining area and bathroom) I was worried that we might be missing the beautiful gulf view that a lot of the other rooms have. All we had to do was go outside. I like the kitchenette amenity. There is a grocery store across the street. We were able to get food to cook. There is even a bbq grill for guest use on the patio area by the pool.
Yes, a lot of the crowd is a bit older, but I appreciated having a nice restful vacation. I did not have to worry about noise problems, or rowdy parties going on all hours. There is a fun bar next door or across the street if you want to hear music and drink.
The rooms have recently been updated, and the housekeeping staff kept the room very clean all week while were here.
I would definitely recommend this motel, and will be coming back someday.

Back for the third year. Im 41 and bring wife and 2 kids (8,6).
Hotel has an older, retirement crowd (March 18,2013) but can’t beat location and walking distance to Sloppy Joes/​Bilmar Hotel (next door), Ricky T’s (across the street) and multiple other outdoor seating beach restaurants.
Directly across the street is a Publix (grocery store), a Walgreens, and plenty of tshirt shops and ice cream under 2 blocks away.
This is a mom and pop Operation, but grounds, rooms, and pool are updated and very clean.
Third deck has great view of both beach side and street side activity.
Can’t go wrong @ this property.

A no frills motel right on the beach of Treasure Island. The room was clean and the free WiFi was great. We loved the location, next to several bars and restaurants with a grocery store near by. If your looking for luxury, do not stay here, but if you are looking for a small family run motel that can fit into your budget, this is the spot for you.
