Stayed at this cute ocean side hotel over thanksgiving and was very pleased. My family has stayed here multiple times but this was my first. The rooms are adorable and comfortable and the kitchen in the units allow you to visit the Publix(which is within a short walking distance) to save some money and prepare some of your own breakfasts lunches and dinners. The beach was beautiful and plenty of space and lounge chairs. There is also a shaded area close to the units to enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning or a glass of wine at night. The one downside, which is just something that happens, are these little thorned balls that seem to follow you everywhere and are cause to wear some sort of footwear at all times. Also my husband and I noticed small ant-like bugs on the patio and living room floors. Both these things don’t take away from the charm of this place though! My family had a wonderful time and we will be coming back again.

Great price and amazing location !!! I couldn’t have asked for a better stay. Rooms were very clean, not one bug in site. Linens smelled freshly washed and even though the room was old you can tell the owner truly keeps up with everything. This made the perfect stay ! Will return. Loved how convenient everything was.

I love this place so much. My family has been coming here for years. It’s a tiny, locally-owned haven in the midst of zillions of shiny crowded high-rises, and it’s right smack on the beach. It feels SO private because it’s such a small establishment, but at the same time, it has(in my opinion) better amenities than most fancy hotels. It’s kind of like a Florida B&B – there are only about half a dozen rooms, and they range from a studio with a Murphy bed to a full-fledged multi-bedroom. Maybe it’s just because I’m from New York, but MAN the rates are cheap(I think they start at $ 85 and even the biggest multi-room setup is $ 175) and it’s even cheaper by the week. All the rooms have full kitchens with dishes, etc. and I kinda love the crazy bright paint jobs. Plus each room even has a little front porch with chairs, and there’s also tons of stuff onsite that you can use – everything from sunscreen to grills, kayaks, rafts, and other water toys. And it’s pet friendly too! Katie, the owner, is fantastic – just a wonderful, friendly person whose business I absolutely love to support. Whenever I want to go to the beach, I always end up picking Treasure Island simply because this hotel is so great and affordable. It literally does not get any better than this!
