Well, it’s been over a month, and unfortunately, I still don’t have new buttons. Elite held on to my sweater for a week and attempted to get buttons from JCrew for me, but were unsuccessful. So I’m still stuck with a beautiful cashmere sweater minus two buttons. They were deeply apologetic and re-steamed my sweater for me for free, but still, I’m a bit miffed. You’d think they would have better resources for buttons since this seems like it could happen often…
