Great service. Employees regularly brave the winter cold to take orders of drive up customers move them through quickly. Great coffee too!

This coffee shop never seems to have what I ask for. I constantly get, «I apologize, we’re out of that.» When they do have what I order, it’s delicious. 3 stars.

Got a latte here this morning. It was good. Service is friendly and fast; what more do I want? The only thing I’d change is to brighten up the outside somehow. When I first drove up I thought it was closed down.

Didn’t have what I wanted. I asked for half and half. He tried to give me non dairy«creamer» . Coffee at the gas station was better. Step up your game.

Yep, this your classic drive up little coffee joint. There was a line of cars this morning, They had a guy walking down the line taking orders so they could get your drink going right away. Nice. My mocha was hot, a little too sweet, but priced right at 3.50 for a «medium.» They were friendly. The store also sold the usual goodies. I noticed you could get soy and almond milk. Cool.

I hate coffee, so I can’t really say how it is. But my mom says it’s fine. When she comes to visit, I stop there and get her a medium coffee and a blueberry scone. Now here’s something I can review! As a pastry aficionado, I can say this is one awesome scone. Not too dry and a lovely flavor with a hint of lemon. I always sneak a bite or two! friendly folks considering I’m not a morning person. They make it a little more bearable to do my mom’s coffee run so early in the am.

Cuppa Joe to the rescue! I am not used to two particular circumstances when running out for coffee: 1. Freezing cold temperatures(I currently live in London). 2. Children(under my care/in my car) sleeping in car seats. And yesterday, both of these conditions applied to me… and I was thankful to remember Cuppa Joe situated there on the corner of Front Street and Garfield, ready to make all my coffee dreams come true, despite the inclimate obstacles standing in my way. I wasn’t in need of perfection, I was in need of good enough. And this will do ya just fine, my friends. The line was about 4 cars deep when I arrived, and the ambitious young cashier made his way out in the cold to take orders and get them ready. Even with this it was still a rather long process. I suppose if someone has a large order in front of you, it is not possible to retrieve your simpler order by walking around them, as you would at a counter shop. Who cares though? I mean you are driving through to get coffee, the least one can do is have a bit of patience with the process. The guys were polite. The coffee was fine. Nearly $ 4 for a latte with a dash of syrup seems a bit steep to me, but again — who am I to complain when they’ll serve it to me in my car? I won’t. Well ok I am a little, but I’ll survive. …and, on our way! Baby still sleeping and I’m working my way in the other direction to being a fully awake human. The exterior could use a little TLC and would really shine.

I’ll admit it I’m used to certain big chain coffee shop after living downstate… Finding a good cup of coffee in the morning after moving back felt like a daily struggle– until I found CuppaJoe. Suffering from serious goldilocks syndrome every coffee shop I tried was either too expensive, tasted Awful, inconvenient or the staff was taking living in TC too seriously and constantly on island time … Not here they’re amazing! Drinks are delicious(pumpkin pie latte anyone? Yum!!) and the drive thru is awesome when the last thing you want to do is trudge through the snow in December! The staff I’d say is near perfect, always so cheerful even when they’re at your car window in the freezing rain taking your order to speed the line along. Price is just right too. Thanks for being there to take care of my caffeine fix guys! :)

The drive through is happy, the service is efficient. My hot soy chai latte on this snowy April day, was pretty satisfying. Num nums, slurp slurp. Oh, and do not forget to ask the trivia question and pick up a frequent buyer card(you get one punch per drink purchased, and an extra punch if you get the trivia question correct).

Cuppa Joe is pretty good, and as previously mentioned by others, very fast and efficient. It is a drive thru after all! I am an iced latte fiend, and in my one week visit in Northern Michigan I have been by cuppa joe almost every day to get my fix. Its not the best espresso in the world(i.e. Stumptown) but it certainly hits the spot. I have never tried there hot lattes, but the iced one is certainly delicious.

It is my belief that drive-thru coffee shops ruin that gourmet coffee experience. That being said, the staff here combats that with fast and friendly service. I’ll stop here even when there is a line of six cars because I know that in less than five minutes someone will run outside, take my order, and I’ll be at the window paying. Not only are they quick making the drink, they are always polite and always have more to say than the total of my drink. Even though I do not prefer the taste of the espresso blend they use and sometimes the milk tastes like it has been re-steamed too many times I still keep coming back!
