Art Van Furniture

We purchased a table six chairs and three stools. After the first month one of the bar stools had a broken leg along the grain which was determined to be a manufacturing error. After calling and getting told I would need to wait two weeks for a tech to come to see what the remedy would be… two weeks later he determined it was broken and he would need to order a new leg… four weeks later he comes back with new legs that are for our table chairs and not the broken bar stool. He says he will get the right one ordered with a rush… three weeks later a leg comes that is too long due to him ordering tall stools. Now we are still waiting on the stool to be fixed and it has been almost three months since and I was just told it would take two more weeks minimum. THIS PLACE IS AWFUL DO NOT GO.

Very poor service. The sales they have are fake and sales people are not knowledgeable on products. Mattresses are all one sided. Much better to use a local furniture store like Currie’s.

Good prices, but delivery times are very limited. I had a defective mattress delivered, and its a major hassle to get them to deal with it.

Art van is where I get all of my furniture. From couches to chairs to coffee tables I love all of their products. The prices are not terrible for a furniture store but some things are a little bit too pricey. However everything you get is high quality so it doesn’t bother me much. They have a ton of sales weekly which I love to take advantage of.
The employees are very friendly and are willing to help whenever is needed. One of my favorite parts of Art Van is the small play area which I can send my kids to. It allows me to shop freely and for the kids to enjoy our trips. Nothing is overly pricey all the employees are friendly and my kids enjoy taking trips with me to art van. I could not ask for a better place to shop

While there is great parking, good deals in in the clearance room and good customer service, there is not a whole lot of «special» furniture. Maybe I am just looking for those great things I see in magazines or «Shabby Chic» style, but the fabrics and furniture styles are just what I would call «basic.» I have purchased a sofa and a sectional from them in the past, but I was just looking for something basic or a very good deal each time.

The sales people are on you like vultures from the minute you step in the building. They will follow you around and listen you your conversations as you walk around the store. They are pushy too. I was asked four times to put deposit down on a sofa I was just looking at. I told the rep multiple times that I was just looking and didn’t know if the sofa would even fit in my house. Save yourself the hassle and just go somewhere else.
