Dream Sunrooms and Windows

The dream is more like a nightmare. Very simply, don’t expect any kind of service after the sale. I purchased two doors at the same time from this company totalling over $ 6,000. They said it would take 6 – 8 weeks for them to be ready for installation. At the end of 8 weeks I called and was told that they just got there. Ok, so their vendor is slow. Not their fault. After installation of the doors, one of them was installed incorrectly and now I have cold air coming in around it. I have called repeatedly and almost always get their answering service. I have never gotten a call back from a message that was left.
I am now trying to work through the actual door manufacturer to see if they can put some pressure on «Dream» to fix the door, but so far I am having no luck.
I had planned on replacing 24 windows in our house soon, but I would never spend another nickel with this company.
