I have been going here since they first opened a couple years ago and i love it. The owners are so kind and they seem like they really care for their customers and their business. I go in there at least 3 times a month and every time i go it is so clean and everything seems so organized. I specifically like the special attention we get for example i take my three kids to get some frozen yogurt and one of the owners will give my kids gender appropriate colored spoons. Small touch but it actually catches your attention to come back. Another think I love that it’s so cheap three tubs 1⁄3 full for about $ 4 for my kids of course only with sprinkles but my kids love it

Tutti Frutti isn’t exactly the greatest of Frozen Yogurt places but given the local offerings this place is ok. I only really come here when I’m shopping in the mall and cannot be bothered to Cycle those extra 2 miles to Menchies.
8 self serve flavors with the usual toppings — Fruits, Candies, Nuts, Boba, Cookies ect. 40c an once. I believe. The flavors don’t change as often as this location as they do at others, I guess because it doesn’t get too busy. I really like the Mango flavor which is generally one they have in the Summer months.
Samples are given on request which they dispense for you and they also do Crepes and flavored Tea’s.

They charge you $ 3.50 for Boba tea right but what they don’t tell you is that they actually charge you an extra $.25 for the Boba! The price should be a firm $ 3.50 because that is what is advertised on the menu board! C’mon guys get it together!

Of all the froyo shops in Tracy, this one has got to be the best. The yogurt here is actually «frozen», not goopy and runny as the other places. The flavor varieties here are not as vast, but the quality makes up for it. I enjoy that this frozen treat still has its yogurt flavor profile and does not have that super sweet soft serve ice cream taste. The people are friendly and the place is clean.
