ok so when I first started bringing my granddaughter the place seemed out of control. But when you step back and look at the whole daycare and all of the teachers, what a blessing this facility is. The bottle incident was explained that the baby was going to be fed but I had come to pick her up so they did not actually feed her. and the temperature, the teachers felt she was warm and took her temperature and that was the reading. however if anyone is a parent and someone thinks your child is not feeling well it would be better to check things out than to ignore signs.
I have since had to leave this facility and search out other daycare and what a nightmare that has been. I miss all the teachers and the director. They were so helpful and patient with me no matter how many questions I had for them. The facility is super clean and all of the teachers I have interacted with were very knowledgeable and open to discuss any topic about my grandchild. they have always been professional and actually care about my Granddaughter. To this day I keep in contact and am trying my best to get her back at the facility. I miss them very much and so does my Grandchild.

They’re all great. Super friendly and helpful. We called them one morning during the summer because we had no baby sitter and they had us in the same day. Susan is a very nice lady and helped us out of a pinch. Our son lived Brenda as well.

I was going to take my daugther to this daycare facility but heard from several parents that this particular Kindercare the teachers and the director don’t care for your child. Too many accident reports and also «biters»… I know you can’t really avoid toddlers/​kids that have a teething problem but when your kid keeps on getting bitten more than 5 times in less than 1 year. We got a problem…
I’m just one voice but before you decide to consider this daycare facility ask around and do your homework specially for our precious kids…
