30 MINUTE WAIT IN DRIVE-​THRU 4x IN A ROW
So on my 4^th time going to this Taco Bell I waited 28 minutes. I watches 3 separate coworkers sit, eat and play on their phones. Then I watched people that went in 10 mind into my wait get their food withing 1 minute of going in store.
When. I finally got to drive-​thru I informed the young blonde gentleman about my past 4 experiences and that I no longer wanted my food after waiting 28 mind in a drive-​thru for FAST FOOD. He told me they were short staffed and I pointed out that I watched 2 of his coworkers including him sit and eat in lobby while I waited. His response «WHATEVER! BYYYYE» And slammed the glass window. Unbelievable! !!

This Taco Bell continuously forgets parts of our orders and it’s becoming ridiculous. We go home paying for more than we actually got.

I don’t ever write Unilocal reviews (I made an account specifically just to write this) but after going to this Taco Bell numerous times and receiving outstanding service at each visit, I kept telling myself I needed to write a review in hopes that a manager would see it and give the staff the kudos they deserve. Being a server myself, I can especially appreciate good customer service. I work at a nearby restaurant, and occasionally pick up taco bell on my way home, so it’s usually pretty late when I come (passed 10:30). Every time I go, the staff is super friendly and kind and seem genuinely happy to be there (I could be wrong, but they radiate positivity nonetheless). Better than service I have received at many sit down restaurants. So just wanted to say thanks grant line Taco Bell staff!

No clue why I keep giving this Taco Bell a chance or think it will change. It never fails every single cheesy gordita crunch I buy from them has no sauce on it at all and they fail to put meat on their chalupas. I’m not sure who is working the back making things but they aren’t doing a good job at it.

I asked for hollow Pinot peppers to be on the side of my order they put it in my order and charge me incorrectly good customer service through drive-​through but order wrong cooks please pay attention

They keep messing up my order and the workers creep me out as if they were once in prison but got released early due to overcrowding. Apart from that, nothing is fresh; everything tastes like it was made a couple of days ago and I will never go to this Taco Bell even if my life depended on it: it’s that bad.

I went there for some food for the family. They were very nice to me and got my order right except for one item. I went back and veronica, the manager, gave me a free quesodilla and a fee brownie not to mention a drink. Unexpected. Best service I’ve had. Will definitely go back for more!!! Thank you guys! Keep up the good work!

Worst Taco Bell ever. The first thing is they don’t have my favorite menu item. Second, my order is either not right, cold or tastes like it’s been sitting in a warmer for 6 hours. I’ve given them multiple chances, this time I won’t be coming back.

This Taco Bell rocks! Mike is a fantastic manager and he’s the reason why I return. He has gone above and beyond normal expectations and he deserves a 5 star rating. Although this might be the farthest Taco Bell from my house, I still choose to drive to this one not only for the drive-​thru but for the service as well. This restaurant is 100% each and every time I visit and that is why I choose to eat at this place! The drive thru is always freshly manicured and landscaped and the dining room is always immaculate. The order accuracy is always on point and the service is always fast and friendly! I will return to this store each and every time. Also, I’ve noticed that the Crew is always happy. Keep up the good work! I love this Taco Bell :-)

My family isn’t a big fast food kind of group, but our 1 year old enjoys her cinnamon twists! I have gone through this location’s drive thru for every visit over the past 3 years we’ve lived in Mountain House. When I went through on June 7 I got home to discover that 3 out of 6 items ordered were extremely messed up due to lack of ingredients or just poor quality. I didn’t feel that this was acceptable, so I called and complained. I spoke to the MOD, Michael, who apologized for the errors and said that if I gave them another shot they would replace the items. I went back In for my first visit inside, along with my receipt from the previous visit, I asked the cashier about replacing our items, also Michael was there and apologized again. I had no problem replacing my items on the house, he even tossed in a couple complimentary orders of cinnamon twists. I will return, it’s Taco Bell, and I don’t have super high expectations. I appreciate the help we received, but I must say that they’re usually running slow here, because I believe the majority of their business in the drive thru.

Very poor service!

I bought the 12 taco pack and almost half of the taco shells were broken, disappointing.

This place is like any other Taco Bell which is why it gets just 2 stars. In the past, its been kinda grimey. Lately, I’ve been dining in, and its been better, cleaner and the service is decent.

Worst taco bell ever! My soda was completely watered down, the soft taco I ordered tasted really nasty & THEY NEVER GIVE NAPKINS!

The inside is not the cleanest, i’d rather take my food to go or just go to the drive-​thru. One good thing, the drive-​thru is quick.

Ewwww! Slow and grosse food at this location.

We bought drive-​thru food from this Taco Bell once and have never gone back. The meat tasted very stale as if it had been sitting around for several hours. Taco Supremes were absolutely disgusting. They were not crispy at all, rather they were soggy and squishy. They put so much sour cream on them that when you took the first bite, a combination of grease and sour cream squished out all over the place.

I have to do it. I was actually furious when I visited this Taco Bell today. Hear me out on this one. I NEVER go to TB, but I was starving after driving all the way back from Stockton to pick up something I bought on Craigslist. I had a simple order, or so it seemed. Nacho cheese chalupa, no meat, sub rice. But I was quickly informed that noooo, they can’t sub rice for meat because there’s not a ‘button’ for it and they’d HAVE to charge. WTF? I said, hey guys, I used to manage a couple of restaurants and if a little variable such as this is worth risking your customers satisfaction then I don’t know what. Anyway, I ended up just taking it with meat, but perhaps next time I will just skip tb altogether, or just this one. eeek

Convenient because it is a drive-​thru, but the food is not fresh and has been sitting around for a while. Always make sure you have your correct order before you leave the parking lot. Bean burritos, the Taco Bell staple, are over salted and the rice is old and dried. Will only return if a passenger is about to pass out from hunger!
