Jessica Quintal started her own business in 2009 after being a professional photographer at another studio for the previous 5 years. Jessica loves to create, and starting her own studio was just one more way to make her own vision come to life.

Jessica Quintal loves to create. She has explored the arts all of her life, from drawing to photography… even finger painting with her son. It is who she was born to be, her destiny and her life passion. As a professional Photographic Artist for 8 years, with an incredible natural talent, she has been able to produce amazing work within these years. She has won several awards, including a print in the Professional Photographers of America Loan Collection, a highly prestigious international award. She is a member of Professional Photographers of America (PPA), and Wedding and Portrait Photographers International (WPPI), and is constantly expanding her knowledge and education in the field of photography. She is currently pursuing her Masters of Photography.

i’ve had pictures taken by jessica twice and both times have been a dream. Jessica is down to earth and knows a good shot. She is great at direction and makes you feel so comfortable too. She does hair and makeup as well and is great at it. She has an eye for beauty and is super fun to work with. If youre looking for a photographer, choose Jessica, you won’t regret it!

I’m not much of a reviewer, but in this case I just couldn’t wait to review Shine Photography. Jess is just amazing!!! She took my daughters newborn pictures and had the most calming and professional attitude. My daughter was a bit fuzzy and Jess just didn’t give up and didn’t become frustrated, she new exactly what to do to make my daughter feel comfortable and peaceful. She took the most amazing pictures and captured every special moment. I couldn’t be happier with her work. In addition to being professional, she’s also a very delightful person to do business with… I will definitely continue to seek for Jess’s photography skills for future sessions. Thank you Jess!

For starters, I am not much of a ‘reviewer’ but I couldn’t help but make sure she gets the best review!
As soon as I called Gina, she got back to me in a very timely fashion. She made the appointment, had everything set up within 2 emails (very efficient!) but also took the time to offer clothing advice for my fiancé and I.
When Jessica showed up at the door, she was ready to go with all the hair and makeup things a girl could want. Jessica helped do the finalizing of the outfits and accessories, then she listened to me about how I usually do my hair/​makeup and did a great job!
Throughout the photo shoot, she kept a professional attitude but was also VERY personable. We had so much fun, we were BOTH sad that it had to end. I love this kind of stuff, but my fiancé is not a fan, and even HE didn’t want it to end.
Jessica is just the BEST!
I can’t WAIT to see how they turned out!

I have been meaning to write a review for Shine for a very long time now! I’ve had a few photo sessions with Jessica over the past few years and I cannot praise her work enough!
Even though it’s pretty obvious to anyone who checks her work out, it truly is phenomenal and I really cant compare it to anyone else! She is very passionate about her work and has an eye for photography (I normally hate when people say that… but its true!) She really knows how to capture the best qualities about a person and her style is very original… her photos never look cheesy or forced.
All of that being said, Jessica really made me feel comfortable and the first day meeting her we were laughing and having a good time, which takes a lot of the nervousness away about taking photos! She has serious talent and creativity and I cant say enough about her! I definitely recommend her for any type of photography, whether it be family portraits, senior portraits, or anything else you can think of! Her style is very original and cant be compared to anyone else!

I recentlt got the proofs and absolutely loved them! Jessica did and AMAzing job! The pictures are just gorgeous! There is NO way we could have narrowed it down to 10. I had to go ahead and buy them all/​package. Definately worth it!

It is not often that I give a 5 star, but in this case it is a must! Jessica is an amazing photographer and if anything. you will have a hard time picking out your pictures because you will love them all! FYI… we have ended up purchasing them all as we couldn’t pick just a few out.
We have had family, maternity and newborn pictures done by Jessica. She has the unique ability to capture special moments, unique angles and wonderful facial expressions. She knows how to make your pictures one of a kind. Jessica has an amazing gift and is a true professional in the field. She has creative ideas and will really take the family into account when making suggestions. She really wants the photo session to be YOUR session which is important. Jessica is patient, relaxed and extremely creative. Keep in mind that Jessica can come to your home or desired location and can even do your make-​up as well.
