Recently moved to Tracy and am impressed with my experience with Kyle, yesterday. I called the store to see if they carried Vega One. Over the phone, it must have sounded like I said Vegan 1. In any case, a few minutes later, I stopped by to pick up my Vega One. As I walked through the door, I said «Kyle?» to the only gent working and he greets us. He shows us to where Vegan 1 is and I laugh about the mix up but in any case, now am curious. Kyle was informative of the other vegan products they carried and this is a huge plus when living a vegan lifestyle in a city lacking vegan options. Kicker? Like Kyle said, the Vegan 1 Chai IS delicious. Add 2 bananas and it’s utterly amazing. Thanks, Kyle! We’ll be back soon!

Prices are on the higher end, but what a lot of people need to understand is that this is a private business that isn’t corporately owned so in order to make profit from their inventory they need to raise their prices compared to companies like Amazon. Service is excellent, each employee was friendly and knowledgable to help me find exactly what I was looking for. But it gets 4 stars again just because of the price but it’s understandable why thy must be the way they are.

Although the prices maybe be a little in the higher end, you get what you pay for. Day or night, you’ll get excellent service. It also helps when you’re talking to someone who actually knows what they’re selling. and not some annoying frat boy trying to make a quota. *cough* –GNC– *cough cough*
Also, they have Fight Labs! How awesome is that?!

Great service! Picked up gel blocks and other items for Tough Mudder #3. I was greeted when I came in and asked what I was shopping for! She took me to the area where I could find what I wanted, told me a little bit about each product and gave me her feedback on which ones she had used! And then asked if I belonged to a gym and gave me a gym discount! Woo Hoo! Great service!!!

SO OVER PRICED… Anyone who is even considering buying something here, compare the prices with
, Amazon, or even The Vitamin Shopee. This place is such a scam… I will not be coming back or recommending this place to anyone I know.

WAY overpriced. Customer before me asked for a discount and got it no questions asked, I asked if they would price match local competitors (most shops would) they refused. Place is a joke

I prefer Mesomorph. You also get a discount if you belong to a local gym. Prices are very reasonable, the staff is very friendly, and the place is very clean.
I even got a free T-​shirt for my first purchase. They absolutely take care of their customers.
This place is a real home run. Screw GNC.

Love going here! Bill is always helpful, friendly, and he’s always trying to help me out with whatever I need. It’s nice to be able to help a local store that is good as Prime and Nutrition.

One star for customer service. For price that’s another thing. I would be shocked if this place last much longer, or Tracy residents are just stupid to actually purchase there supplements here. Sorry to bash local businesses but omg way way over priced. Little advice for those who care t bout saving more then a few bucks on there supplements,

Cheaper than GNC on most items. I like supporting local business instead of large corporations anyways. Friendly staff

Came in looking for a certain item. Gina was very pleasant, helpful and informative. They currently didn’t have what I was looking for, but she gave me other options that I could consider. She wasn’t pushy at all. In the end, she took down my information and will follow up when shipment arrives. I really appreciate that! I’ll be back for the personal customer service which you wouldn’t quite get from a big chain store.

They have top of the line, high quality grade products, an amazing team, and the store lay out is easy to find anything you need. If you need anything from multivitamins, to weight loss/​weight gain products, to basic supplement essentials, I highly recommend Prime Health and nutrition.
