Papa Murphy’s

Ordered two pizzas. They said it would be ready in 20. Went to pick up the pizza 20min later and it wasn’t ready, 10 min later still it ready, 17 min later still not ready… At this point we could’ve just ordered a pizza and got it delivered to us and not had to go anywhere at all or deal with people (which is the whole point of ordering out). When we walked in the employees were just standing around talking and not doing anything which is even more frustrating.

If I could give 0 stars, I would… I go in, spend a lot of money for a create your own, thick crust pizza… I get home, bake it… and the artichoke hearts are pickled!!! WHO uses pickled items on a pizza?! It ruined the whole pizza… 99% of a large pizza just thrown out… it was disgusting… the whole pizza tasted like vinegar… HORRIBLE…

Terrible customer service they told us 20 minutes and it took over an hour and 20 minutes

I came in the other day wondering if I can buy dough by itself, I was going to make pizza at home and did not want to buy dough. I was rudely told that you guys did not do that yet the lady sold me 2 cheese pizzas, with nothing on it, so I could just have the dough, yet charged me for an entire pizza. I paid 25 dollars for dough, should have just said you did not sell dough rather than sell it for an unreasonable price.

Takes a little more time because you must bake the pies yourself but you save money what you lose in time. The pizza here is much less greasy than in many pizza parlors. That could be good for you or not depending.
The thin crust is the best. Least amount of bread in the pizza is preferable. The pan pizza time is mostly bread so I skip it.
Check it out. You may like it.

Super good! I love this place it is always clean. They also have samples while you wait. My friend and I order a pizza and had leftover pieces that tasted great in the microwave. I just wish papa Murphy crust wasn’t so bready. That is not the franchise fault thought. Really good especially thin crust.

Papa Murphy’s, in general, is a good deal. This was my 1^st experience with this particular location. I called my order in on a Friday night. The person who answered didn’t ask if I wanted to hear their specials like I’m used to. O figured that they either didn’t have any or they just had poor customer service. I was told that it would take 30 minutes. This was the longest I’ve ever had to wait at a Papa Murphy’s. In the Bay Area, the longest I’ve waited was 20. When we got there to pick our order up, the salad that we ordered wasn’t ready. We watched them make other pizzas while we waited and they have the most sloppy & wasteful assembly line ever. We usually love their salads because they are usually very fresh. Our salad had limp/​soggy lettuce and mushy tomatoes. It was either old or had been sitting out for a while. It made us question the pizza toppings. This experience makes us wonder whether we should just stick to Pizza Hut’s $ 10 pizza’s. It’s about the same price & quicker.

Customer service is wonderful. Everyone who works there is so friendly and accommodates all your pizza needs.
However, this review is about the owners. They are so rude to their employees who are just trying to make the customer happy. I overheard the owner say «did they pay for extra pepperoni?» the employee said «no.» then he replied, «that’s too much then. Make some of it off.» RUDE. I, myself, hate it when I see the owner who should be a role model to his employees degrade them and talk to them like they’re stupid.
ON TOP OF THAT, on another night, I was in line ready to pay, go home and enjoy my pizza. But the owner ALLOWS his friend to CUT ME IN LINE. isn’t it customers first??? NOT OKAY.
I wish there was another papa murphys in Tracy. It would really save me the drive to the Papa Murphys in Manteca.
I refuse to go to an establishment where the employees AND customers are treated like crap.
*this was only one incident. There’s been multiple.

Our family has patronized Papa Murphy’s approximately twice a month for the last 8 years. We love PM’s yummy pizzas, clean preparation area, inexpensive prices, customer service, coupons – and the chance to take the pies home and crisp the crusts just the way we like ‘em. Delighting a family of 6 all in one fell swoop makes me the hero. Thanks!

Fast, Fresh, & Friendly.

My friend and I saw a commercial for their De-​Lite pizza in which they advertise that it’s the healthier option (meaning it’s a thin crust). We got two-​toppings for $ 6.99 with a coupon. It was chicken and artichokes.
And wow, did it taste good! And it even tasted better the next day. Next time, I’m ordering it with spinach for an even tastier and healthier meal.

Good pizza! The De-​Lite is fantastic, whatever toppings you like. Chicago stuffed is my favorite though.
Costumer service here is out of this world. Always pleasant, they always make sure I am getting the best deal. It’s hard to find businesses these days that understand costumer care. These kids get it!

Not a fan of pizza. Papa Murphy’s is the best I’ve had and I actually like it.

It’s clean, I did not think it was that inexpensive and the pizza are that great. It is definitely better than tombstones. Yet, not as good as a pizzeria, what you expect it’s take and bake. Maybe it’s my oven?

This place is clean, and they have their assembly line in customer’s view.
I went in here last Friday and they were jammed packed, so I was like «Peace out! I’m cool!»

The pizza is very good. Of course, you take it home and cook it yourself. The prices are very affordable if you don’t mind the cooking aspect. I really like the combination and you get alot for the money.
