Professional and courteous, and priced right! The dealerships are costly and my Hubby found this place… they not only provide full service kike the dealership, but offer reasonablen pricing and cost saving measures to ensure customer satisfaction. They have even gone out of their way to locate a battery for is at another automotive store when we couldn’t find one.

I just picked up my car and I am amazed at how awesome it looks. I have a 2008 Sequoia with the pearl paint. I was worried they would have a hard time matching the paint perfectly as the car has a few years of sun exposure. Ashley was great, as well as all the other people that I had contact with. They were also were very professional and kept in contact with me at all times. I definitely would recommend them to anyone looking for a shop to repair their car.

Needed to get a wheel alignment done after getting a new set of tires on my car. Asked Americas Tire (where I purchased my tires) who they recommend. They recommended Morgan Automotive. I called them and Bill answered the phone. He let me know they are not normally open weekends but, this particular weekend they were going to be in on Saturday as they had several jobs to finish by Monday. I explained I needed an alignment as I had just put on new tires. Even though they really were not taking in more work he was nice enough to take my car in on Saturday. Took my car in at 8:30am as requested. Bill opened the customer lobby for me and they even had Peet’s coffee my fav to drink while waiting. They completed the alignment in a timely manner and I received a $ 30 discount for mentioning that Americas Tire recommended me to them. They had me on my way early in day. Bill the manger was very friendly and I am appreciative that he was willing to take my car in for alignment on a Saturday. 5 stars for them and Bill the mgr.

i would give them a negative 5 if i could. HORRIBLE SERVICE!!! my car was involved in a collision so i needed a new front bumper and some engine work. so i called AAA and asked them if there were any decent repair shops in the area. they recommended me this shop.
So they take over 4 months to fix the car but to make matters worse when you leave Morgan, you will find things wrong with your car that were not wrong before. They create more work for themselves which will end up costing you hundreds or thousands like in my case because these guys will rip you off by loosening or disengaging something to get you back in the shop and blame you for it. Don’t even think about going there.
so if you love your car and dont wanna waste TONS of money. DONT GO TO MORGAN!!!

Had great customer service from Jeff and the Stockton office. I was a little disappointed to see my Oakland Raider scarf that was on my seat back thrown in the back of the car when I picked it up. Will use them again but make sure to tell them to leave my sports team choices out of the service :)

Got my car back! All I can say is ‘GREAT JOB’ Jim Webb at the Stockton shop. Nothing but thanks and bringing it in under budget!

RIPPED OFF! Our car broke down in Tracy a few days before Christmas on the way to LA. Called AAA to get a tow and they suggested Morgan Automotive Repair. We took the recommendation in good faith that this repair shop was going to take care of us.
We showed up and there was one other family there waiting. The diagnostic took 45 min and we were told we needed a new fuel pump. They told us the fuel pump would require 4.5 hours of labor but seeing as it was too late in the afternoon, they would have to finish the job in the morning. They were nice enough to give us a ride to/​from our hotel.
The total cost was $ 845! After speaking with our local mechanic here, he told us it should have only taken a max of 3 hours labor to do the job. Which means they overcharged us 1.5 hours of labor! Unless you’re in the situation we were in, don’t come here for your automotive work.
