Came by yesterday to randomly shop… Danyelle (I hope I spelled her name right) was an awesome team member! I ended up buying a few things and she showed me a few of the items. The store was very organized, I love the selections they carried (much better from the HT in Roseville). I will definitely come back!

Very poor selection. The sales floor is hard to navigate because of all the random tables and shit. The staff is hit or miss. There are a couple that are very knowledgable, but most of them have no idea about the products they carry. Everything seems to be in a random place. Totally worth the drive to Modesto.

Placed an order online. Deleted email by accident that order was there ready to pick up. Even though the box has all my information on it. The store is holding it hostage. WEEKS have gone by and they will not release it. The customer service number is a joke. Been on hold for more then 3 hours at random times. Lauren the store manager got attitude but I shut it down real quick. She also complained about Hot Topics customer service telephone line.
They took my money and are holding my items because of an email I no longer have.
I AM BEING RIPPED OFF FOR $ 60.00
Their online system is flawed by not supporting their customers.
Lets see what the store manager Lauren can do.

When I need to find a unique gift or something «different», I always stop in here, they have so much stuff to look at. Toys, clothing, accessories, body jewelry, retro stuff. The belts are addictive & I usually can’t leave without buying a new one every time I stop in!
The employees are always nice & helpful, and they always keep stuff in stock & I’ve never had any issues finding things in my size! There’s so much awesomeness crammed into this tiny store. I love it!

If you want fashionable clothing, come here to shop. If you want a variety of sizes for the things you like, don’t bother coming here. Their clothes are designed for show, not for functionality or comfort.

The best Hot Topic I’ve been to. I usually just come in for Nose/​Lip rings… but every time I am greeted and told about promotions. Don’t have to much to say except every experience here is usually a good one and keep up the good work! The only thing I would recommend is lay a little off the customers every time I come in I feel like I’m carrying your employees on my back for how close they follow me around… I’m twenty-​two I’m not going to steal anything, it’s very uncomfortable.

I love to shop at this Hot Topic. The managers and staff are very friendly and helpful. They have a great selection of shirts and stuff that you can’t find anywhere else, and are constantly getting new stuff. The best thing is they often have the 50% off clearance sales and I can pick up Tshirts for my whole family for less than $ 5 each.
