Growers Choice

First off ppl complaining bout the owner being arrogant just don’t understand em but he’s a good dude n I support him and every dude working there. if you want smiles and ass kissing go to starbucks and Home Depot. This place has been good too me for years and I come in weekly, they have all you need and if you don’t visually see it they will order for you. There not super money hungry and they take advantage of no one. Support this store to keep them around.

THE OWNER OF THIS STORE IS VERY RUDE, ARROGANT, AND ANYTHING BUT HELPFUL !!!
I was a long standing customer, over six years. I had a $ 60.00 product to return.
Since I shop there so often, I didn’t stress about having the receipt, as it had never been a problem in the past.
There was a young man I didn’t remember having seen there before. I told him I wanted to exchange the product, as it had been sold to me for doing one thing, and once I got it home and read the instruction booklet, found out it didn’t do what I needed. The young man told me without the receipt, he wouldn’t be able to do anything for me. He was very dismissive, and definitely had an arrogant attitude.
After digging around in my purse for a few minutes I was able to present him with the credit card receipt.
He then had the nerve to tell me that the credit card receipt wasn’t good enough, and I also had to provide the store receipt ! I told the young man that I had been a good customer since they opened and he told me that I couldn’t of been «a very good customer, as he was the owner and had never seen me before» !!!
WOW, THIS WAS THE RUDEST I HAVE EVER BEEN TREATED IN A PLACE OF BUSINESS FOR A VERY LONG TIME !!!
I WOULD NOT SHOP HERE IF IT WERE THE LAST HYDROPONIC STORE IN TRACY, WHICH IT IS NOT.
THE HYDRO. STORE ON GRANT LINE IS WAY BETTER, BETTER PRICES, AND NOT RUDE…

Great place, very friendly, and helpful. Small store but lots of items in stock! Most hydro store (from my experience) have items layed out to make em look bigger this one is packed with goodies! Check em out!!!
