The Flower Pavilion did an outstanding job! I showed them a picture of a room, in which I wanted something pretty but exotic to go with the décor and when I stopped by the next day to pick up my order I was so impressed with the outcome!!! Thank you very much!!!

Okay so I’m writing this from my boyfriend’s Unilocal account because it was easier that way, but this place is amazing. Honestly, I never write reviews because I’ve never had the time too and I’ve never loved a place enough. I am a prom fanatic. I love everything about prom. Prom is like my event. I love it so much. When I came in, I knew what I wanted and they matched it perfectly. Even with a dipped white rose. I came in like more than a month in advance because my boyfriend and I both play sports so we do not have time to go in together. He ordered his tux from here last year and he loved it so he wanted to go again. So the first day we came in and since we weren’t going to pay that day they let us make a write-​up so when we came back in to pay it was all set. I didn’t get my dress in yet and Debra still let me pick out my corsage and told me to bring my dress in when I get it and we could change the color. We did and I brought my best friend in too and she picked out what she wanted and she told me the Debra had everything she wanted in her corsage. I later returned my dress and bought and new one and Debra was super nice about changing the color again. She helped me so much. When my boyfriend came in and tried on the tux the first time, everything fit perfectly except for the length of the jacket so they told him to come back in 2 days. My best friend’s boyfriend got his vest and tie from here (because he already had a tux). When I was finalizing my corsage I explained to Debra that someone had copied my ordered and I was upset about it because I wanted it to be original so she added a double ribbon and dipped the flower for free. I was so thankful. I paid $ 38 (with tax) for the corsage (so did my best friend). My boyfriend paid $ 140 to rent his tux, shirt, bow tie, and vest. Since he ordered his tux from them they gave him a $ 40 discount and a free boutonnière. I was going to go to the little flower shop but my sisters went to the flower pavilion for their prom (they are 10 and 11 years older than me) and even though it is new ownership since then, Debra is the best ever! My friend paid $ 12 for her date’s boutonnière at safeway and it was not as nice as the flower pavilion’s. The flower pavilion sells it for the same price if not cheaper. I seriously love this place and can’t wait to go again next year!

Debra is just the CUTEST! I’ve been coming to Flower Pavillion since my high school days for prom and all the other fun events that I had attended back in the day and this place never failed me. I can’t believe time has flown by and I am now getting married! Immediately I thought of Flower Pavillion. I initially went in just to look at bridal bouquets. Since I am having an Indian wedding I was a little hesitant on picking a bouquet immediately since I was worried I wouldn’t find anything I liked. Debra whopped out the books and we custom made a bridal bouquet to match my wedding gown in no time! Not only that we got all of the bridesmaids bouquets taken care of as well. I thought we would stop there but our wedding planner’s florist fell through and my mom reached out to Debra and with just a couple weeks left until the wedding Debra was able to set an appointment with us and get us going with our centerpiece needs for my wedding hall! She incorporated my wedding bouquet into my centerpieces to give it a more personal touch and she didn’t stop there, she was able to provide us with additional options such as runners and candles to make the look complete. Talk about taking the extra step! Debra is such a genuine and kind hearted person. You can really see that she cares about her clients and makes the whole process very personal and very easy to go through! I was having a panic attack until Debra saved the day. I would HIGHLY recommend anyone who may be planning an event and need floral arrangements to go through Flower Pavillion. Words cannot even describe how happy of a client I am. I cannot thank Debra enough for being so sweet and bending over backwards to make me a happy bride. She was worth every penny and let me tell you after planning this wedding, she is VERY reasonable in price. Literally got the best of both worlds. Thank you Debra for making my wedding day so magical!

Based on today’s service and flower quality for the price paid. Paid $ 40 for a corsage that was wilted. Original call to complain was handles well therefor 2 stars but when we got there the girl who helped us was soo rude and direct and unhelpful. We probably won’t go back there.

We have an account through work with the Flower Pavillion. They’ve always done a great job. They are always so friendly and helpful. This morning I hoped online to send my mom some flowers. They have a large selection to choose from and everything is reasonably priced! I wanted same day delivery and wasn’t sure how soon the flowers would go out. I called just to get an estimated time. They actually had them delivered by noon which was a HUGE selling point for me! I wanted my mom to be able to enjoy them as long as possible at work. The gentleman who I spoke with was just so nice and again so helpful!
I ordered the Make A Wish bouquet and I loved how they had a section called — «Make someone smile». Another huge bonus, the bouquet actually looked like the one in the picture! They were Beautiful!

Ordered a basket of violets online for my Aunt’s birthday and was thrilled when it arrived! I was nervous about placing my order online since you never know what you’re actually going to get-​but it looked exactly like the picture only slightly better! Even though my order was made totally online, the shop called me confirming the order which was a nice personal touch. This will be my place for all my future flower needs-​thank you for the great service.

After paying a visit to Flower Pavilion, I think I’ve finally hit all the florists in Tracy. The lady who runs the dhop is nice and will go out of her way to make whatever you buy look good, but this isn’t the place to go on the spur of the moment. They seem to primarily be a place to go to check out what FTD designs are out there and to deliver locally. If you walk in, they don’have a lot to choose from.
I might be spoiled or a bit behind the times, but I’ve always lived places where it was fun to go in and pick things out myself. It worked in Maryland, Ohio, and Pennsylvania. It also still works in San Fran. Just not Tracy.
Go to the grocery stores for fresh and typucal (roses, carnations, gerbera daisies). Go here for more elaborate designs and to support small, local business. Just be sure to plan ahead.

Debra and her family are the hardest working family in Tracy that I know! Their arrangements are not the ordinary, there is quite a bit of detail and care put into them. Debra pays attention to every detail and will put the extra time and attention into your arrangement. I wished I would have used them for my daughter’s wedding if I had known what experts the entire family is in floral arrangements. Will definitely use them over and over.

Nice place, I come here every time my fiancé and I get into an argument. So that means I have to hit this place up.

So let’s begin with saying how great this shop is. All of their prices are reasonable, they make beautiful and modern arrangements for just about any occasion. I sent an arrangement to my mom to surprise her and my mom was completely impressed with the arrangement. The arrangement was so CHIC, BEAUTIFUL AND MODERN! Thank you Deborah and the rest of her family! ;)
