There is not much to say about Emad because his work speaks for itself. He not only treats you like family but he looks out for your best interest at all times during this tedious process. Emad was available at the drop of a hat and was able to work around 2 work schedules to show us homes.
Emad is up to date on listings and quick to notify you when something just hits the market. His knowledge during the closing process was impressive. He made it a point to be there for us during any document signings and was available for questions. He seems to have built an extensive rapport with local title companies and lenders because they all seemed to respond with quickness when he asked for something. He was there during inspections and never stopped working for us until we received keys to our home.

I am a difficult home buyer. I want it all and I want it cheap. Of course, when we bought our house this was a near impossible task. We started looking for our house in San Jose in Feb 2012; A seller’s market.
After a number of offer submissions, we realized it was going to get difficult — Every house we bid on received 20+ offers. And many were «ALL cash» offers. So we decided we needed a different agent.
Emad stepped in (and traveled frequently, all the way from Tracy, CA to San Jose, CA) to help us by leveraging his network and finding a seller who saw us for the family we were, not the numbers we offered alone. Of course, we still had to be competitive on our price submission so Emad coached us through that as well.
Emad truly spent hours upon hours negotiating on our behalf, dealing with the bank’s paper work, setting up appointments with the escrow service, settlement and then followed up with the bank to get us the keys.
We basically did so little that before we knew it, we had the keys to our home and realized we were underprepared to move. Truly an outstanding experience. I would recommend him over and over to anyone looking for superior service.

We have completed three buy/​sell transactions through Emad in the last several months. Emad is very professional, knowlegable, helpful and has a great attitude.
