Dominique’s Landscape Maintenance

I used that company for short time cuz the old owner didn’t understand what I needed to be done. He misunderstood I really like his three adult responsible helpers who did very good job in my yards. When Dominique is gone, I would like to rehire them

Seriously, if I could give Dominique one million stars, I would. I mowed my front lawn, mowed right over the head of one of our sprinklers. My husband wasn’t too happy about it, so I called some other company right away, and they said they could come tomorrow. The guy from the other company was a bit arrogant on the phone saying «he’s the only one in Tracy that answers the phone, and the only one who is around to do any repairs.» He said $ 40 bucks for one sprinkler, which I was like, okay I guess that will work since I know nothing about sprinklers. Then my daughter and I decided to walk down to the park by our house, and there was «Dominique Landscaping & Maintenance» trucks cleaning up a yard. I decided to go ask how much they would charge for a new sprinkler. I spoke with Dominique himself, he said «ah maybe $ 25.?» So I asked if he had time, he said no problem I’ll meet you there. So he came, unscrewed the broken sprinkler, screwed in the new one and said «you can have the sprinkler.» I was stunned. I’ve never heard of a company giving away parts and time. I offered to pay him, I WANTED to pay him, but he insisted. He said «your daughter will take enough of your money» and then we both laughed. I told him I’ll call him for ANY yard issues or services I need in the future. Seriously, I couldn’t thank him enough. It may not sound like a huge deal, but for the kind of day I was having, and then for Dominique to be so kind, it restored my faith in humanity. :) PLEASE CALL HIM!

We’ve been using Dominique“s for about a year now. As far as basic yard maintenance goes, I think he one of the better ones out there, and we’ve used several others over the past 10 years. Our yard is always well manicured, free of weeds and our trees and shrubs always look nice. He doesn’t do much else and we don’t ask for much more of him. He and his wife have always been very nice to us and I wouldn’t dream of using anyone else.

They are just ok. The first time we asked them to take a look at our backyard, the owner came. We’ve been with them for over a year and I’ve seen the owner maybe 3x or so. The workers are good but sometimes you have to point out everything to them and with the language barrier, sometimes I just feel so frustrated.
Whoever take messages in their main office is very condescending and doesn’t pass on messages as well. If you can’t do simple office work like take a message, then let the answering machine do it for you.

I love Dominique! He is the service our church hires to do their weekly maintenance. So, I decided to ask him to service my mom’s tiny front and back yard since I couldn’t keep up with the traveling to mow weekly for her. He always goes above and beyond. He’s a «hands on» guy, always does the work himself along with crew, set the timer for my mom’s watering, suggested mowing less than every week (for her tiny yard) which saved me money, trims beautifully, and he is kind and genuine. I highly recommend him! Robin R.

Neighbor hires this guy, He blows all the trash into the street and stacks it in front of my house. Asked him not to do it he replies, I pay taxes too and andI can put it anywhere I want. What a piece! I told him to take it to the dump, he said its too expensive. Now I have to take it to the neighbor which as we all know is never fun.
