I can’t remember the last time I was treated so rudely. When I opened my sprint account at a different location everyone was so kind and very helpful. So when I went into the Putty Hill store and was treated with such rudeness and condescension I was very surprised. I will not go into this location ever again.

Oh Sprint, I am torn between Sprint as my service is always Subpar and although I have unlimited the service is still high in comparison to other cell phone providers. Also they penalize you if you update your contract early(what sense does that make when you are continuing your service, you would think they would be greatly or appreciative) plus no free upgrades with Sprint, umm what? Also the store locations are typically super slow, because if they are waiting on someone who is doing a new cell phone service then you literally wait forever. You are also charged a $ 3 service fee for paying cash at a location for your bill and some locations will only accept cash for bill payments? Also WTH? I mean it is 2013 Spring could def. do better and a few upgrades!

Given that sprint’s website is down about 50% of the time it is sometimes easier to pay your bill in cash. This location has those nifty cash machines that you simply load money into and your account is updated with out the frustration of dealing with a teller or clerk.
