Brought some boots in to have some leather work done. They indicated they could fix them. The boots are worse than before. The workmanship looks like it was done by a 3 year old.

The guy at the counter was rude. I asked for same day service at 12pm, because I had just called to ask if they had it. I was informed by a woman, yes. Arriving ten minutes later, the gentleman said no and walked away from me. I said, ‘you’re just gonna shut me down and walk away”. A woman followed shortly and I reapproached her. We worked out next day by 11am. It’s my money, I deserve some good service.
