Pearle Vision

Matt the manager was very helpful and nice. He ordered in a pair of glasses for my son just so he try them most people would have made us buy them and then we would be stuck with them.
He is also helpful with insurance and has gone the extra mile to help my son find a pair of glasses that he likes.
Worth the trip to the mall

Positive:
–The doctor was fast, almost too fast.
–Good Selection of frames
–Clean
Negative:
–One of the clerks, the black female, was the most uninviting, dull people I’ve ever seen in a costumer service job. She honestly seemed like she hated her job and didn’t want to show any emotion.
–Prices on frames, lenses, and contacts are way high.
–I had the female attendant copy down my prescription and she did not write it clearly, her 8 looked like a 9. And she got the BC wrong on the contacts. Luckily I caught the error before it got screwed up.
–Before I visited, I called to ask if they took my insurance and the black male attendant said that he would have to look it up on the computer and he didn’t have time. Once I arrived at the store he was helpful.
I decided to buy frames with Warby Parker. Warby had a tough time getting the prescription from Pearle which delayed the process.
I would avoid this shop and instead use any other shop in the mall, there are many other options.

Very frustrating to work with. I had an eye exam and received a prescription for contacts. Went to fill the prescription elsewhere and was told there was a hold on it. Called pearle vision and was told I needed to have a follow up done. Never heard of this happening. I think they’re just trying to get me to order the contacts through them. Very unhelpful customer service as well.

Worst place to buy glasses. Way over priced and the nerdy looking pee wee Herman look alike thinks he’s the owner! Purchased glasses and before my husband and I left we saw the same pair online for literally half the price and he would not let us return the glasses. I would not recommend going here for glasses or anything!!!
Very unprofessional and highway robbery!

After fifty plus years of wearing glasses, this is the very first time I have to complain! The manager of this spot needs to go to serious customer service training! Rude, insulting, and downright inept! I would never visit this Pearle Vision center again even if the glasses were free!

Utterly stupid. No wonder they hid this shop in the back corner of the mall. The main guy is just like a used car salesman. He promises you the world and can’t deliver. It becomes your responsibility to follow up with them if you haven’t heard about the status of your new glasses; they never let you know what’s going on. I have insurance that is covered by this place, but would rather pay out-​of-​pocket for Lens Crafters, which runs like a well-​oiled machine compared to this dump.
