I mean come on now. Can Panera ever go wrong? Wait I don’t want to speak to soon and mess that up. But seriously I have never had a issue when ordering from Panera. I come for lunch and I love there salads. I like to switch it up and get a half sandwich and half soup. SCORE! If my inner fat girl wants a bagel… damn it she is gonna get that cinnamon crunch bagel with hazel nut cream cheese. I can’t do that to her. In the summer I love to wash all of that down with the Frozen Caramel drink it reminds me of the Starbucks caramel frappuccino minus the strong coffee taste. *The only complaint I have is I ordered a Roasted Turkey sandwich and said NO avocado. Well I got that, but all they did was remove it from my sandwich instead of making one WITHOUT avocado(you could still see the remnants of it) Luckily, I am not allergic but what if I was? Not cool!

Horrible service yesterday. A large sign hangs behind the register and on the front window advertising«Monday special, 1 Baker’s dozen for $ 6.» When I placed my order, they were out of most of the bagels. I asked if they were going to make any more bagels, since it was only 7am. The cashier told me yes but it would be 20 to 30 minutes before any other bagels would be ready. I place an order solely based on what was in the case. After ringing me up, I noticed that I had been charged $ 16. I immediately went to the register and inquired about the additional $ 10 charge. At this time I was told that I was charged«a few up charges», because I did not select plain bagels. I had clearly told her when I placed the order that I wanted to get the special, and because they were out of most bagels, including plain, I simply selected what they had on hand. It was no use… she continued to argue that because she had already put the bagels in a box and due to health regulations, I had to keep them as they were contaminated. I politely asked her to cancel the sale and allow me to purchase a dozen plain bagels whereby I could take advantage of the Monday special but she said she didn’t know how to do this. I asked to speak with the manager and was told that the person I was speaking with was the manager. I won’t be back in this location.

The service was great and my order was processed quickly, but this is the 3rd time my food has been pretty terrible. This time I got the tomato mozzarella flatbread, which I had not seen on the menu before. It contained a piece of mozzarella about the size of a quarter, right in the middle of the flatbread. Along with that, there were about 5 arugula leaves and a pile of a bruschetta-type tomato salsa that tasted good but it made the flatbread very soggy. I took 2 bites before deciding that this was truly not worth eating. Buying fresh bread and bagels for carry out is really the only reason I will ever go to Panera again.

A busy location, but most Panera Bread’s are. Staff does a pretty good job of keeping the tables and restaurant clean. I have never had bad service here, and have been coming here since it first opened. Parking might be a pain sometimes, but there are spots around the corner of the building that go clear back.

This Panera looks deceptively small on the outside, but it is huge on the inside. This is my favorite place to meet for book club, because you can get as much food as you want and as long as you are not hitting it up at peak lunch hours(we like to show up around 1 – 2), you can sit around and talk with your friends a while. I like Paneras in general for this aspect. The location is directly across from Calvert Hall College High School and in between the Saks and the Michaels/ToysRus backside of the plaza.

My husband and I frequent Panera quite often for many reasons. We are almost always happy with the service and quality of the food/drinks and great customer service as a fast food type restaurant. Yesterday we visited the Towson location and were very disappointed with our simple rder. We both had ordered an espresso beverage that tasted like warm milk and water, both were not drinkable and we threw away. We also ordered a bear claw that I had a reward for and I asked if we could have it heated and she pointed to a small microwave that was placed only a few inches from the ground under the coffee station. It was very strange, and I did use it, but we don’t like using microwaves and were very surprised by them simply not being able to toast it. Will probably visit Panera again when we are looking for quick food/drink option but not this location.

Bussy location but fast service. It’s hard to find a place to park. Clean tables and clean bathroom.

As with most Panera’s busy location. Parking is a little bit of a hassle near the entrance, but there are plenty of spots around the corners. I did like how staff floated in the restaurant cleaning up plates and mugs patrons had sitting around. Very effiecient.

I come here at least once a week. My order is always correct and service is normally great. Save a few later night experiences with college kids. Parking is kinda bad during lunch time. Usually pretty clean inside.

I ordered take out from this panera earlier this week. I called in a half hour early and when I arrived ten minutes late, I sat for twenty minutes waiting for my food. I still don’t understand why I had to wait for my food only to receive it cold. Safe to say I won’t be back at panera for a while.

Fast and efficient. Although, for some weird reason I did not like the sandwiches at this location, coffee and pastries were great, service wonderful. Place is nice and clean. Yes, it was busy but I was still able to find a table, people go in and out and don’t tend to sit there with their laptops too much/too long(free wi-fi, but hey, if the place is busy, don’t sit there for hours…). Oh, and right now, since it is an October, they have their special Pink Ribbon bagel(shaped like a pretzel, but who cares), it is cinnamon raisin bagel, it is DELICIOUS!!! Bear claw pastry is a must! I get several.

I go to this location a lot. Its always busy. Even though this is the case, they always get my order right. The staff is always full of energy and energetic. Which is perfect because I haven’t had any coffee when I go in. I need someone to balance out my zombie like reaction to choice. If you want a fantastic smoothie you should check it out.

I’m giving this place two stars only because I believe all Paneras have given me 4 star service. But the positive experience stops there. As far as the price a sandwich, chips and regular drink runs you 11 bucks. Again, this is at all panera and hence why I never like going here, but my friend takes me anyway. The sandwiches are often small and you get a 99 cent bag of chips. Not worth the price in my eyes. Today I tried the new steak an cheddar panini. The bread was nice but the steak was cold in the middle and tasteless as were the other ingredients. The cheese was a small hunk in the center, barely melted and not sliced. the sandwich ended up leaving a bad taste in my mouth and ultimately gave me a stomach ache. I couldn’t even eat the whole thing. If you go here I say stay with their strengths, the bagels and bread.

Here is another place where I wish I could give a half a star rating because I would give this place 4.5. The food is delicious as always. If you don’t have a my panera card, I really suggest getting one because you never know when you may get a free pastry or espresso or smoothie! Just got a free smoothie today and it was amazing! The staff is super friendly and very helpful with any questions you may have. The reason I would take away half a star is the parking lot. There are only a few spots in front of the store and you’re usually fighting other panera customers or customers from the sushi place next door. If you’re lucky you can usually find something to either one of the sides. And the fact that there is a super busy entrance and exit right in front can make things a little frustrating. But still, totally worth it for the food!

I can’t believe no one has done a review yet of this place. Well, I figure that people from Maryland are not really into Unilocaling. My sister took me here on my first day here in Maryland for breakfast. Not that I’ve never been to Panera(I’ve been to one in LA), but this was the first time I stayed longer and used my laptop in there. Yes, they have a free WIFI too. What can I say about this place? I like it a lot. First of all, free refills on coffee. Second, There is a large selection of bakery goods and other types of food than Starbucks if you are hungry. I had their bagel, and it was good. Though a little too busy if you are there to do some writing, but this place is not like Starbucks where pretty much a lot of people use as their second office(for writing, to meet prospective clients, etc), especially in San Francisco and LA, LOL.(Now that is another story). But if you want a good breakfast with your coffee, then this is the place.
