No Worries Salon & Cosmetics

When I lived in Baltimore, this was THE place I went to for Brazilian Blowouts. They use the real BB products, are certified in BB, and do an awesome job every time. Jenny (who is no longer there and has opened up her own salon) and Jill (the owner) are the two stylists that I saw and both did awesome jobs. I have curly, fine, frizzy hair. With the BB, they both told me that they could make my hair as straight as I wanted and they delivered. No other salon has even come close to their skills. All I have to do is wash my hair and let it air dry and it would dry straight with no frizz! My dream come true! Next time I’m in Baltimore, I will definitely go to them for BB. Their prices are typical — around $ 250 or so. They usually have specials — so ask! And sign up for their emails and be the first to know when those specials happen. Metered parking only — fyi — and there is a metered parking lot on the corner.

I love going to No Worries and have referred many to their salon. They are extremely warm, friendly and incredibly knowledgeable! Jill, the owner, is the best and gives freely of home-​made concoctions to keep your hair looking as good as it does when she is finished her magic.
Expensive? Yes. But worth it all. My hair has never looked better. The cut is so good I only need to go about four times a year. Yes it’s really that good.
Their make-​up line is phenomenal. It does what it says — stays on even in our humid weather! You can’t beat that, well besides the fact YOU look great — glowing, radiant and completely natural.
I’ve had clients go and have never felt so pampered, attended to and walk out feeling like a Goddess.

I was about 15 minutes late for my appointment which usually frustrates a stylist from the start! Even more so, bringing in a groupon! Most salons would probably have rushed through the appointment!
Not in my case! I was greeted immediately by Kayla, my stylist. She took me into a nice little sitting room, offered me water and gave me a consultation form to fill out. After filling out information on my hair type and what I wanted, she immediately sat down to talk to me about my hair. She spent a good amount of time discussing what I wanted. After looking through colors and suggesting colors that would work for my hair, she then consulted with the owner. Together, Kalya, the owner, and I collaborated together about my hair!
While getting my color, I also saw a few other ladies get their hair done by the owner. Seeing the other clients’ hair made me even more confident about my end results!
Kayla and Jill worked as a team at all times. Even when there were 3 clients and only two stylists, no one waited around! Every client was happy and was never left unattended!
After my color, Kayla once again talked to me, in length about my cut. I know she was expecting a client because of my lateness, but never once did she rush through her work. When her client did come in, Jill finished my blow out and it turned out amazing! The cut, color, blowout– everything was to perfection!
After my hair was done, I received a complimentary makeover as well! Makeup artist Colette was wonderful too, as expected! She was very warm, friendly and knowledgeable!
I left No Worries Salon and Cosmetics feeling great! The service was superb and the salon was gorgeous. It was an all together, feel good experience! I am ready for my next appointment!

Purchased a Groupon recently for a cut/​highlight/​blowdry and called to make an appointment. I was told that the service is only good with 2 particular stylists AND I must book between Mon-​Thurs only. Their advertised terms & conditions didn’t state that this offer is only good during Mon-​Thurs! This is completely unacceptable, especially since I don’t live in the Towson area and it’s not realistic for me to get there during the week.
They really should have clearly stated this when they ran the Groupon promotion because if I had known that, I wouldn’t have bought it in the first place.
**** Regardless, the person I spoke with on the phone wasn’t even willing to offer me another option (pay a little extra to book a weekend appt with another stylist, etc.). Awful customer service and deceptive advertising. ******
