This place is terrible. The customer service leaves so much to be desired. I ordered uniforms over the phone for delivery to the store and after 4 days received a call indicating that they did not have my address correct and could not ship my order. After the associate apologized for not having the order shipped to the store, she redirected it to where it was supposed to go. I realized that I hadn’t received any indication that the uniforms had arrived, so I called the next week and was told that they were shipped to the store and I should have been notified(I was not). I sent my husband to pick up the order since I was traveling and he said they didn’t have the order. So after getting off a plane, I had to call and figure out where they were. I was told they were there, just not in the correct place. We went to the store and there was a big group of young kids hanging out at the counter. No one offered to help me until about 7 minutes of standing there. I had my daughter try the uniforms on and the kilt that I ordered her(in the same size of the skirt) didn’t fit. I was not told that the sizing for the skirt and kilt differed. I was told by the young sales person, «ooh that’s why you’re supposed to come in to order»… :-|. I had to return the kilt and place an order for the skirt. I am outraged. I will be following up with the management of this store and also appealing to the administrators of my daughters school. There should not be a monopoly for a place that has such awful service(and pricing).

Becky was and very helpful she had the shoes and neckties I requested upon my arrival. The store is always clean and well stocked and they have a large variety of Bucks in size 11 ½ the size for my son. They also keep track of your previous purchases which for me makes a lot of sense.
