Just moved to the area and needed to find a stylist– I went to Kelly for partial highlights and I am delighted. The salon is easy to get to, it has decent parking, and the salon is very well run and efficient– (fyi Tues– Sat) — she did my highlights for the first time– perfectly– they look great and when I arrived I was really looking like a little scraggy so I will definitely return for haircuts and regular highlights– she will do low and highlights in the winter and she was awesome.

Peggy has been highlighting and cutting my hair for the last 4 years and she is not only someone I enjoy spending time with, she does a fantastic job with my hair. I routinely complemented on the color and the cut and the price is much more reasonable than other salons.

After years of spending $ 250 a month to maintain highlighted blonde hair at local day spas, I found this gem of a salon. The price for a high quality haircut is only $ 35, and my stylist is not offended that I now dye and highlight my own hair with the help of my husband (he is artistic and skilled at spacing out low lights). I spent years with my natural color (auburn-​brown) to save money until I found that Wegmans sells high end box dye kits.
