Must say I was disappointed in my meal at this particular Bonefish. I have visited other locations and would say the quality was better. As for my meal I was disappointed in, I ordered crab cakes with spaghetti squash and green Beans. The crab cakes were fine however the spaghetti squash was chunking and the green beans were hard. I found myself disappointed in my meal. I have had better luck at other locations.

Fresh fish cooked perfectly. New location lives up to the wonderful food experience that makes going to bonefish something to look forward to. Service was alright. Calmari is our go to app, they do it right. Drinks are made just right. Drink prices are great value durring happy hour. Especialy for downtown Towson. They validate parking to a discounted rate as long as you bring your ticket for the garage behind the massive movie complex. Can’t wait to go back.

The dinner was fantastic. We went for a special dinner for my husband’s birthday. The server was engaging and knowledgeable. We had a coupon from Living Social for $ 10 off(why we chose them). The manager declined us being able to use it because it was from a third party vendor. Yet, it had the same redemption code as the $ 10 off from the website(found out when I got home). She could have told me to go to the website with my phone, but she didn’t even mention it. Taints the experience and added $ 10 to our bill that I wasn’t expecting.

It was my first time at any Bone Fish restaurant. The atmosphere is nice. Not feeling the brown paper table covering but I guess it fits for a fish restaurant??? It would make sense if they sold crabs but I digress. Our server was nice and gave is the run down of the restaurant being that it was our first time. The bread was warm and yummy. I got the Florida Cobb and the hub got the fish and chips. We had to get the ever so talked about bang bang shrimp and we were not disappointed. They were too good! I have had similar at other places but there’s was really fresh. My salad as too wet for my liking, I should have asked for dressing on the side. I was surprised the lettuce was not a darker kind, boo! My hubs fish and chips were really good. Not sure the best ever but j have not had any in a long time. It was crisp on the outside and fresh on the inside. I was trying to be healthy so I didn’t taste as much as I wanted of his dish. I would go back and try another dish.

Surprisingly good and inexpensive. Can’t wait to come and try other things on the menu. Even my husband the vegetarian enjoyed it though the options were limited. The only thing I didn’t particulary enjoy was the soup, a bisque I believe(on the cold side) but I was so hungry I didn’t complain.

Here again only because I wanted the lamb chops. We placed our drink and app order. My hubby got a Coors light and I got a cherry coke along with 2 glasses of water. We ordered the wagyu beef and ginger potstickers which were better tasting on the menu than in person. The sauce for the pot stickers was amazing but the inside filling was lacking seasoning. But after sopping it up in the sauce on the plate it was rather tasty. Our entrees finally arrived, we pressed the lamb chops and tuna steak and truffle Mac n cheese. My lamb chops were supposed to be cooked to med well, out of the 5 chops that I had 2 were raw. Which disappointing cause I was really excited for them. My husband tuna was nicely cooked and had a butter sauce to go with it along with some sugar snap peas. Our waiter was good, same waiter as before. Overall seating was fast, service was good and our food was okay. We will come back and visit again.

We normally go to the Owings Mills location and have always loved it there. This location needs some work to be comparable. We were able to get a 715 reservation on a Saturday night when I called at 630 which is a red flag to me when at other locations I have experienced wait times of over an hour on a weekday. The restaurant is located across from the mall and is attached to about 5 other restaurants, a courtyard, and the new Cinemark theater. There is a parking garage and validation is available bringing the cost of parking to $ 2. The bang bang shrimp appetizer that they are known for was good. House salad was good. i usually order the pecan parm fish and it was good as it consistently is. My husband ordered the lobster roll which he had never tried and he feels that it was excellent. Unfortunately, the key lime pie took too long to come out, especially since there is no prep involved. I don’t think it should take 15 minutes to put a piece of pre sliced pie on a plate, particularly since it was a night with empty tables. When we were walking to the car, we saw 5 police officers standing outside of the cinemark theater(had to walk past them to get to parking garage). The courtyard was mobbed with teenagers. I don’t know what happened but it made me feel unsafe that a large police presence was required. We will most likely drive out of the way to go back to the Owings Mills location the next time we go to Bonefish.

FRESHFISHALERT! Yes, folks, you can enjoy some fresh, wild caught fish here! I took my new bookkeeper here to welcome her, and we had a blast! She loves seafood as much as I do. Seared tuna, great mussels, music is a little loud, but fun, not cheap, but some outdoor seating, indoor booths are super comfy. Great selection of diverse dishes on the menu. Seafood lovers, you can rest assured you’ll find something yummy if you read the entire menu carefully. Few, but good desserts, so you don’t have to be tempted, but if you need one, they are good. Very clean & upscale place, next to huge, new, movie theater complex. Update: I’ve been here several times and it just keeps getting better! Blackberry Smash is a cool non-alchohic beverage. The lobster is hidden in the menu, but is fantastic, as are the oysters.

This was my first time ever at Bonefish. I always heard mixed reviews but, the one is Owings mills was always packed so I decided to check it out. My girlfriends and I went there last night and it was a hot mess. Here is why: 1. The restaurant is very small. Looks like your average chain.restaurant. 2. It was a packed house and service was super slow. We had to keep reminding our waiter for our appetizers and drinks. The staff seems overwhelmed. They need more assistance. 3. I felt rushed while eating. It took about an hour and half for our food to come so we were basically eating before they closed at 9 and we got there at 7. Our waiter did not ask us if we wanted dessert or anything. 4. The Caesar salad was dead and lifeless that my girlfriend got. Also my other friend out the crab cake dinner which was not cooked at all. The carb cakes were so mushy inside and her potatoes were so hard. 5. The waiter was upset Bc on of my friends did not tip Bc of his poor service and he came over and slammed the tip paper and asked what she had wrote and she said 0.00 and he got upset and stormed off. The BESTTHING: 1. The manger! She was very attentive and really seemed care about customer needs. 2. Valet validation only 2 dollars I will not come back to this locating ever again.

Very impressed with Bonefish Grill! The food was great and very reasonably priced. We started with the Thai coconut shrimp(which I would highly recommend), and then got Spicy ahi tuna bowl and the pad thai with shrimp. The menu is not extensive, but there are both seafood and steak options. They have a fun assortment of specialty cocktails such as the Hawaiian martini, which I would also recommend– it looks as good as it tastes with a bright purple orchid floating in it!

Asked for burger medium-well. The waitress replied, «Our standard is to always make our burgers medium well.» Food was cold and bleeding on the inside when it arrived. The waitress apologized and said the manager would bring me a new burger. The manager returned with the SAME burger, which I had previously cut in half. The new(same) burger was put back on the grill and re-served to me in two pieces on a different bun(same cheese and all). The manager said she would come back to check on me byt never returned. I asked the waitress to get the manager and when she returned she unapologetically stated that it was the policy of the restaurant to put old food back on the grill to cut down on wait time. I told her that I would have preferred a new burger and that this seems like an unsanitary and unprofessional practice. She told me that next time I should let them know I preferred a new meal, instead of the food I was served before. I told her there wouldn’t be a next time. The manager just stated that she was«sorry to hear that,» and offered no further service. The other people in my party ordered seafood and other dishes and all concluded that their meals were warm and mediocre. The bang-bang shrimp was the one decent thing we ordered. Overall, am I being unreasonable? If this is the practice of this restaurant, I can’t imagine what else goes on in the kitchen. Beyond the practices, the management’s way of handling customer dissatisfaction is rude and unprofessional.

Food = 4(their food is always consistent and good) Service = 1(see below) Ambiance = 3(decent build-out, but def done on a budget!) Overall = 2 Walked in on a Saturday night without a reservation so expected to wait or perhaps grab a spot at the bar if one became available. Hostesses were great — very friendly and on top of things. We gave our name and made our way to the bar. Waited patiently to be greeted by one of the three behind the bar. They looked like three chickens with their heads cut off(I’ve actually never seen this but assume that’s what it would look like). No hello how are you, just a «what can I get you?»…um how bout a wine list, maybe a cocktail menu, or perhaps even a hello?! Gave us a menu and it was about 10 minutes before we finally flagged them down and said, hi we’re ready to order. Got our drinks and a couple of stools at the bar opened up so we sat down and returned our pager to the hostess(and got our parking validated). Sat at the bar with the previous patron’s empty glasses and napkins in front of us for about 10 minutes when one of the bartenders walked over and asked«are you drinking?» Um yes, can you please take the dirty napkins and glasses? We were chill and def not rude, just happy to get a spot at the bar on a Sat night, but def not impressed by the work by the three behind the bar! So we ordered and it was very obvious that no one had been trained to know seat numbers(commonly used in the restaurant industry by the staff to know which seat ordered what), so we constantly had wait staff walking over to us and offering us other patron’s food. Our food arrived and the guy sitting next to us says, I think that’s mine cause we ordered the same thing way before you. We actually offered it to him, because we felt bad, but he declined and said it was a reflection of the bad service. So our food sat in front of us, yet we had no napkins or silverware. A fourth person was now behind the bar so we flagged her down and asked her for silverware, which she quickly grabbed for us. We then asked her if she is the general manager and she said no, just the bar manager. We ate our food which was solid as usual for Bonefish, but that was the only thing solid about this night! Service was horrible and the crew is not trained well. We overheard the bartender tell the people next to us that their validated parking is only good for 20 minutes after they get it validated by the hostess. We thought oh crap, we got ours validated an hour ago, so we asked if it could be updated or re-scanned. She said no. So as we walked out we asked if we could speak with the manager and they pointed to the girl who told us she was the bar manager. We said, she told us she is the bar manager, we’d like to speak with the GM. «Oh the GM is off tonight.» WOW! Saturday night, a restaurant that has only been open for a few months and the GM is off?! That summed it up! ps the parking validation worked no problem.

Took my g/f out to Bonefish for a quick dinner last monday. The 2 of us were seated at this large booth, right behind the hostess. This booth can seat 6 people. There were plenty of tables for 4, but we got, what we got. The server is really good, fast and prompt. The menu seems a little thin there, and prices are average. The food itself, it was okay. The signature, «bang bang shrimp» was alright. Frankly, nothing really special to us.

For it to be chain, I was really satisfied. I came on Tuesday which was a good day. I was seat right when I walked in. I ordered the bang bang shrimp(which is really good), blackened salmon with mash potatoes and asparagus, and crème brûlée for dessert. The food was really fresh. I would come back again.

The biggest appeal of a chain restaurant should really be the standard in which their dishes are made. I’m not ashamed to say I love Bonefish’s Bang Bang Shrimp appetizer and it didn’t disappoint here. My husband’s burger was good, and cooked to his desired temperature(which we all know doesn’t always happen.) My house salad seemed slightly less flavorful than I remember, perhaps it could have used a few extra grains of salt. And the itty, bitty crispy tacos — for two bitefuls each, they were just ok. The main reason for my 2-star rating was the lack of attentive service, especially towards the end of our meal. The restaurant only had a handful of seated tables and therefore was overflowing with team members. Everyone was great until our entrees came. It felt like our waitress prematurely brought our check to us, which prompted our decision to not order dessert. But when we actually finished our meal and were ready to pay, we couldn’t for the life of us get the waitress, or anyone else, to come back and run our card. Our little one was clearly getting antsy and we already packed up our things as a result but most of the staff stayed huddled towards the back of the restaurant, while the hosts and hostesses seemed oblivious to anything beyond the stand. I watched as our waitress came out from the kitchen, looked our way, avoided eye contact with me and went back into the kitchen. Nice, right? In the end, it’s a chain — take that as you will. I’d probably come here again over the Owings Mills location since it’s closer, but I’m not sure quite how soon that may be.

Good food. Place was empty but snow storm probably was the cause. Bang Bang Shrimp, Salmon, Crab Cakes… Cakes were small and not really tasty. Drinks were great as always!

Well I can sum up the dining experience as upscale décor but a casual dining type place. All the food is just ok and do expect to pay more. Your way better off dining at other casual dining establishments. I have no desire to go back and it was just a waste of money. After complaining they didn’t comp us anything. Your way better off getting seafood from the grocery store or fish monger! So my advise stay away and save your cash!
