I am extremely disappointed with my experience at the BCBG store — very dishonest employees and poor customer service. I was shopping for a dress for an event for my wedding. The clerk pulled dresses for me, explaining that some were on sale making them under my desired and discussed price point. When I selected a dress and brought it to the counter, it was above the price point. I felt extremely pressured to purchase and even as I asked why it was more than my expressed price point, she just continued checking me out and stating that it was not on sale. I asked the clerk, «Can the dress be returned? I didn’t want to spend quite this much, but if I do not find another dress I will splurge on it.» She replied«yes, you can return it within 10 days.» I did in fact find another dress and did not need the BCBG dress. When the dress was taken back to the store, the clerk then said that it could only be returned for STORECREDIT and that I should have read the fine print better. I then followed up with a call and asked for a manager. The girl on the phone said she was a manager. Then later in the conversation she said that she was NOT the store manager — dishonest again! Unbelievable! I am a person who shops a lot and I am appalled by the service here. I was mislead on multiple occasions. This is the first negative Unilocal review I have ever written. I will never shop there again and will be taking this complaint further.

People hate BCBG because the Price Point effects the sales persons. Its very if you have it buy it no room for small talk. I can dig that. The selection is great for a Baltimore Store & it always smells so good.
