Great motel. Not expensive. Do not plan on having TV or wifi. I loved the private porch with rocking chairs. Spacious. Spotless.

I did not want to give any stars but you can’t do that so I gave it one. When I called and asked if they had rooms available the man asked me where we were from. I told him Maryville and he said they don’t let people from Maryville stay there because they steal. He said they steal bedspreads, lamps, and anything else they can get their hands on. I told him I didn’t think he should punish the entire community for the deeds of some bad people and he told me that all people from Maryville are the same a bunch of thieves. So with that in mind I think the person I spoke to was rude and I plan on letting everyone I know. Nice to know just what they think of the Blount County community they are a part of.

If you want a comfy room at a really good price stop HERE! We had a room in the upper back building (which they upgraded us to for free!) Nice little balcony, full size fridge and microwave. Two pools, we had the back one all to ourselves… we liked it so much we stayed an extra night so we could watch the sunset by the pool! The owners were really friendly and we will ALWAYS stay here when we visit this area!
