I set an appointment up to have someone come and look at my sofa that is only a year old that I purchased as a 3 pc set from sturzen. I called the sayre location on elmira street and they told me they would have someone out on the Tuesday after christmas. Well no one showed up. I was ticked off. You don’t set up a time and date and just not show for something like that. It’s a family owned business. They should want to create a good name for themselves. They didn’t even call to inform me before or after the appt. I called the towanda store January 6th. The guy told me that he could have someone come take a look«maybe tomorrow.» I said«no offense, but I’m not going to wait around for someone to –maybe– show up. I have other things that I could/have to do.» He replied telling me that it’s not his fault. He didn’t make the original appointment for me, and it wasn’t his fault that no one showed. BUDDY I DIDN’T EVENBLAMEYOUTOBEGINWITHFORMYORIGINALPROBLEMS. AREYOUTHATDENSE? Who I their right mind would wait around like that for someone all day long to show up. POORCUSTOMERSERVICE. GETOFFYOURASSANDCOMELOOKATITYOURSELFDUDE. My recommendations? Hmm. well let’s see… don’t waste your time, money, and patience on these people at the towanda location. I get their all family but hopefully you won’t get the rude«brother», never returning and I will point everyone I know away from here.
