After taking a quick poll between friends and neighbors we received very positive feedback about Window Gallery. When we visited their Totowa location we had the pleasure of working with Maria and Shadi. They both were very knowledgeable and informative about the products, installation process as well as financial options. We scheduled a free site visit for measurements and were surprised to see Shadi him self visit our house and take measurements, it’s nice to see a business which cares about the customers and makes the full experience very personal and not process driven. The installers came as scheduled, dealt with our prehistoric windows (with weights inside) and made them look like new from inside and outside. Upon completion we received a call from Maria to make sure we were pleased with the results. Overall amazing experience as you would expect from a local small business. Two thumbs up!!!
