Found this office to be clean, professional and their wait time is usually under 10 mins. Their cleanings are pretty good, a bit rough, but pretty thorough. I had some work done and had an issue with a tooth but the dr fixed it. He is a really nice guy and would go back here.

Dr. Rana cost me Thousands of dollars and made Every effort to make a difficult situation Harder. I went to Dr. Rana’s to get a checkup and he discovered a cavity. I Told him since the cavity was very deep that perhaps I should get a root canal. I did Not want to have to pay for the same tooth twice. He promised me that it wasn’t necessary and drilled a deep filling and put a crown on it. Cost about $ 1400 plus visit fees etc. about$ 900 of which I paid Out of Pocket. (Another story in itself)
Less than 5 months later the Entire tooth is Rotten and I need to spend about $ 3000 More dollars to get a root canal and New crown etc. The New Dr. I went to for this had a look of Shock on his face when the old crown literally FELL off with Very minimal contact. I made every effort to get Dr. Rana on the phone but he couldn’t Find the time to call me for weeks. I called again and made it clear that I would be posting some Negative reviews on the internet. I received a call back a few days later. So we argued and he basically went on to Blame ME for the tooth LOL!!! I offered him proof of the incident and the names of my New Dr. So he could verify my story. He promised to call me again since we failed to come to an agreement. A week or so later he calls me again and haggles with me. I agreed to accept half my funds back and just call it a day. He said he was short on cash but would pay me at the beginning of the New Year, that was nearly a Month ago and still nothing! On one occasion when I called they told me he was out of the office for the week of 1÷20−1÷26 which is interesting for a person struggling to pay a few hundred dollars, I would think he would be working overtime to catch up on his growing debt. I only agreed on half because it seems that money is the only way these people take you seriously. Hit them in the wallet and perhaps they will offer a better service in the future. I have spent more time and money on this issue than some people spend on a divorce. It’s pathetic and disrespectful for a Dr. to Blame his patients for his own shoddy work, to claim financial hardship to dodge his debts and to ignore his patients just because they already paid. Its hundreds of dollars and instead of being a gentleman about his Own agreement he continues to ignore my calls and take responsibility for his actions. That tooth should last 5 – 10 years NOT 3 – 4 months. That’s just a fact and I highly recommend you avoid receiving his services. He has two locations one in Lincoln Park NJ and the second in Totowa NJ. I made every effort to be a gentleman but in the end he made it clear that he doesn’t understand that language.
I have since received the agreed upon compensation although it took multiple more phone calls and I never did get to actually talk to the Dr. I would never have posted this review if he had simply handled himself with a little class. I cannot in good conscience ignore the rudeness and disregard I received.
