Town & Country Hair Design

This is our first experience with this place and it will most certainly be our last. My boyfriend stopped in today to get a haircut after work. City Barber Shop near Town & Country was closed, so he went to this place instead.
The first issue was that his stylist took personal phone calls during his session which is rude and unprofessional. Next, the young woman cut the back neckline WAY too high up so it looks funny and the line she created is UNEVEN. His side burns are not even, either! The top left corner in the back is obviously longer than the rest, so the hair cutting was not blended as it was on the right (longer on top, shorter on the sides and back).
The cost was $ 20 with obviously no tip left as the job he went there for was not done correctly. Now he has to go to a barber just to get Town & Country’s mistakes fixed and pay for a second time!
