The most enjoyable yoga experience. Quality instructors and beautiful atmosphere. I can’t go anywhere else. The standard has been set high.

I’m visiting CT for a month for school and wanted to get back into yoga. I’ve done yoga since I was a kid but stopped about 5 years ago. This was such a great place to get back in the swing of things.
Heather, I think the owner, is great. She is one of my favorite yoga teachers ever. The studio has wood floors and is clean. They warm the room but not too hot. They have 2 bathrooms, 1 has a shower. She also sells yoga mats and things. I picked up a new yoga mat while practicing there. Check them out even if you are just visiting!

Finally there is a decent yoga studio in Torrington. If you looking for a work out in a clean and friendly place this can be for you. Heather is wonderful and her staff has been consistent, so you feel comfortable knowing your practice has a stable environment.
Also the ways you can buy classes is very fair and reasonable.
I have been doing yoga for over twenty years and always looking for something more local and this is it.

Unilocalers in the torrington area who do yoga, you need to get to this studio! I’ve been coming to this studio for over a year and love this space! Heather is an amazing person, instructor and yogi! She has such great energy and has done a lot to build the community at this space! I’ve been doing yoga on and off for 15 years. The only other space where I felt the same energy and community was East Meets West in Buffalo Elmwood location.
In the past year, guest yoga instructors were invited for special workshops. I had a free weekend for one of these special workshops and really enjoyed it. The latest addition to the schedule is a children’s class on Saturdays. I hear from fellow classmates that they really are glad for this addition and come with their kids or grandkids!
During the summer, it’s really cool to switch up the thursday class to the outdoor space to coincide with the Torrington’s thursday night street fair. This june they’ve got a class scheduled in the nearby park!
