A clerk came to assist us almost as soon as we entered the store and went out of his way to help. But what really impressed us was the delivery. They said they’d deliver the refrigerator between 8 and 10 and then they actually delivered it at 8am! :) So unlike the cable and phone guys who say they will arrive between 8 and 10 and then show up at 5:45. Very happy.

Tho only thing saving this from one star is that they had the trim piece I was looking for. There are a ton of employees for a store that has no one in it. The place was was messy in that stuff was in the aisles. Upon check out, no registers were open but the self check out. 5 people at customer service counter. While only two people ahead of us, took over 15 min to check out with all the problems with items not scanning etc. the girl on duty did a great job keeping up with all the problems even running out of register tape only to find two other non working resisters with the same issue. Then when assisted by a guy working, he gave her a hard time because she had forgotten to remove the left over plastic from the empty roll as she was frantically trying to assist us. I would never go back here and was only here because in the area. Managment should prioritize what is important to offer better customer service and efficiency for the consumer . Sorry to rant but the experience was ridiculous.
