Litchfield Hills Eye Physicians

I recently went back to this office with one of the new doctors after being a patient with Dr. Berger for many years.
Upon arrival, I met with one of the techs who began to give me my eye exam. However, when she asked me a question, she really wouldn’t allow me to answer it, and kept cutting me off. When I told her I wasn’t comfortable with how our transaction was going, she sent in the doctor.
When the doctor arrived, I told him that I had an issue and he basically told me that he did not want to hear about it. He was unwilling to discuss anything that happened, and I therefore left the office with my medical records in hand. I will be taking all of my family members out of this practice due to the disrespect that this doctor showed me.
I can honestly say that they are good doctors, however this doctors «bedside manner» needs vast improvement, and they really need to listen to their patients/​customers.
