Yukon Laundry

This place is GROSS!!! I remember I used to come here a long time ago and back then it was clean and in working order. I came in today with no attendant in sight. There was an out of order sign posted on the bathroom, a few broken machines, a few dryers with no door on them and a dirty ass sink that water barely comes out of. I will NEVER come back here again!

Very simple like a laundromat should be, but the owner/​attendant is quite friendly and appropriately engaged.

Hot, crowded, not enough carts, not enough large load washers, front spot parking is very limited, shady ppl out front, several unmarked broken dryers, & an unapologetic new owner who had no sympathy for me when his washers were washing my clothes in RUST colored water. I politely told him that it was unacceptable & gross & that I wanted my money back, he immediately was rude & said I could take my money & my wet clothes outta there! I was trapped though because it was 10:45pm & the large locked washer was washing other clothes of mine… The owner must of rethought his response & chilled out, cuz he seemed to try to explain & kept re-​rinsing my clothes. Gee, thx– that’s the least you could do. What did I learn from this whole experience? Convenience doesn’t mean quality. I have found SO much better elsewhere & I wonder why I suffered at that hot, annoying laundromat for so many, many years! However, if you’re stuck there, at least they have new TVs & a new water pump & I helped break it in for you with my clothes in the Rusty water wash… And I never got my money back.

Just moved from Arizona, the lady working there is also from Arizona. The place is very nice, clean, and spacious compared to other places around the area. The machine ate one of my quarters once and got help right away. I also enjoy talking to other customers. Now they opened 24 hours!!!

I’ve been coming to this laundromat for years. I used to live in the apartments next to it. The old owners did not maintain the place. It was very old and dirty. But the location was convenient so I just sucked it up and used it anyways. Then I moved to Gardena. I came back to this place yesterday since I was in the area and already had my clothes in the trunk. WOW! What a difference! I guess the new owners really fixed it up! The floors are cleaned and the walls are newly painted. There were plenty of carts and the lady was very friendly.
I wish I could come back here more often. 5 stars for awesome!
