I was hesitant to visit an accident lawyer, but recently was put in a situation where I wanted to seek out legal counsel. I received a consultation from Michael Braun and was so impressed by his genuine concern and sincerity! Even though it was just a consultation and he received no payment, he called the insurance companies in my behalf and made sure that I had all the information that I needed! I was very impressed by his character and would recommend him to anybody who is needing legal help.

Michael Braun really helped me out. I belong to the Hyatt legal plan through work, which basically just covers a consultation in most cases. Michael filled out all my forms, I just had to drop one copy in the mail and file the other at the courthouse. He told me me what to expect when in front of the judge, and briefed me on the whole process. He returned several of my calls during the whole ordeal. I couldn’t have did it with out his help, great guy, I really appreciate all you did.

Michael Braun and his staff were amazing!!! I had previously hired an attorney, recommended by a friend, for injuries from an auto accident. It turned into such a nightmare and my case was dragged out from May to January, nothing had been resolved but excessive stress on me. As soon as I spoke with the receptionist at The Law Offices of Michael S. Braun I knew I had found the right attorney. She was so comforting and helpful. When I met Mr. Braun he was very straight forward and professional with me about my case and any expectations. Within 3 months I a settlement check in my hand. I would definitely recommend his services to everyone.

The best plan, in my view, requires the highest skill, the shrewdest judgment, and the hardest effort. Mr. Braun, is our best legal plan: He is the consummate attorney, He has expertise, insight and integrity, but equally important, he truly cares.

I can’t thank Attorney Michael Braun and his staff for the services they have provided. Their office staff is very welcoming and their professionalism is at the upmost standards. Not to get into details but he is extremely fair, straight to point, and gives realistic expectations. Most importantly when questions arose he was able to answer them immediately personally. I would give 0 stars if I could. This guy is completely unprofessional and a huge asshole. I called because I was receiving letters from his «law office» from my landlord about a change of rent. I called to confirm and warm him because this possibly could be fraud. He told me that he has nothing to do with this and talk to someone else. The whole time trying to get off the phone. I asked him why he was being so short with me and he hung up. Sorry for trying to help keep you’re business legit. I NEVER write Unilocal reviews but I want people to know what a piece of shit this guy is.

I contacted Michael Braun through a Metlaw legal plan about an ongoing mold issue that we have at our apartment. At the minimum, I do appreciate that he contacted me back – even if it was after I had contacted him twice. I explained to him that since we moved into our apartment, my husband and I have had chronic allergies, whereas we have never had these allergies previously. I was also recently diagnosed to have inflamed lungs similar to someone who has minor asthma even though I have had no prior history of this. The first time we found mold, we told the landlord about the issue and our concern with our allergies and the environment for our newborn. The landlord responded to our request for remediation by painting over the mold with anti-​mildew paint. The landlord claimed they have never had a similar issue or any reason to believe anything is faulty or leaking. Meanwhile, however, the landlord is repairing the roof and piping, and we hear from neighbors that our unit had a mold problem and there was a huge leak that caused the landlords to rebuild this apartment unit.
Most recently, we found a huge patch of mold developing behind our sofa and smaller patches throughout the apartment. The landlord decided to send a mold inspector who determined that it was an allergenic mold and that there were elevated levels of mold spores throughout our unit. To remediate it, they will have to cut out walls, clean, and scrub all the air in our unit and our family will be relocated to a hotel. Unfortunately, we cannot move out yet because of logistical reasons as we hope we are close to purchasing our own home.
I explained to the attorney that we want know what we can do about having the landlord disclose issues, and mold inspection results so that we can get back to my doctor on the specific species of mold. We feel that we should be able to get reasonable compensation for the contaminated furniture against the walls, our rent (which we are still paying), and medical bills and expenses due to our health problems.
At the end, Michael Braun refused to help us with our situation because of his doubts and the difficulty he purported. Overall I do not recommend Michael Braun because my experience demonstrates his limit in perspective and lack of relevant knowledge. His attitude was devoid of any attempt at empathy and I do not trust people who see only black and white at the sacrifice of the human element.

The Law offices of Michael Braun and Michael Braun himself are excellent! I have used his services for a car accident and his expertise on these matters made it less stressful for me. The office staff was very professional and always made sure that Mr. Braun received my messages.
I would highly recommend his office for his services. He takes a personal interest in your case and doesn’t make you feel like a case but like a family member or friend.

I hired Mike Braun after being in a car accident. Another attorney I had hired was a travesty (on a different personal injury case, for a family member in another city), so I was a little skittish this time around. But Mike was recommended by my chiropractor, so I went down to his offices to meet him.
Now the truth is, like a lot of things in life, it’s quite difficult ascertaining how good someone will actually be when you hire them. You often go with your gut and hope for the best. With Mike Braun, I did this and was very happy with the outcome.
Mike did an excellent job with my case. The woman who hit me had the minimum insurance limits — which was odd given she was driving a Toyota Avalon. So Mike got the full amount there, and then went to bat with my own insurance company (via the uninsured/​underinsured coverage) and we got compensation there as well.
I would not hesitate to recommend Mike, and would hire him again if I needed him. One more thing: He returns calls pretty darn promptly and makes himself accessible. I was always pleasantly surprised by this, as this is RARELY my experience with attorneys.

Mike Braun is a man of integrity. I have done work for him in the past years and have seen his morals behind the scenes. It is hard to put the words honest and lawyer together, but I feel confident that Mike puts good ethics ahead of making a fast buck at someone elses expense. I would not hesitate to call him for any of his services.
