My first night at my new Place in Torrance, I’m not even in the bar 2 hours before one of the employees stole my phone… I called the next day to ask if anyone had seen it and the same pompass employee told me he would pull the tapes which he of course didn’t do. I called today, the same person awnsers and was very rude. he says ”We have your number and we will call you once we pull the tapes” LOL!!! So I have to contact one of the owners tomorrow. Otherwise its a pretty cool bar with a nice atmosphere.

Great food they make all of their bread every morning fresh. Great service and tons of TV’s for watching the game. Really good food made fresh not frozen ever.

Happy hour everyday and TV monitors everywhere. Since my visit was post regular NFL season, I’m not sure if they show all the games. But with all these monitors, I’m sure they do. The happy hour prices for drinks are awesome. Our group only got happy hour food items so it’s hard to say how all the food is here. But for the happy hour food, it’s definitely average with generous portions. Before 5pm, there was only one server/​bartender so it took a while to get drinks. All in all, I’d come back for drinks.

Great place they have live music and great food pizza burgers wings and some awesome happy hour deals are the best from 3 to 7pm service sucks you have to be covered in glow sticks and on fire to get attention from waitress or bartenders which is the negative ordered a couple of pitchers of Stella and seems like they gave me Budweiser or something else while charging me for Stella just stick to the basics beers and simple drinks rum and coke and vodka soda etc. Gets super loud and the attention to orders sucks but a great place to watch UFC or other sports and there garlic knots are the redonkulous and so is the rest of the menu a happy hour place 4 sho

This place is a hidden gem. It’s an older place, but both the food and the staff are great. I usually get a sandwich. I’m not sure if they make their own bread, but it’s delicious and fresh. The pizza boat and pasta have also been excellent.
There are flat-​screen televisions all around, including individual TVs in the booths. I haven’t been here for a game, but I suspect it would be a great place to go on a Sunday.
The staff is very welcoming and helpful. We go here once a week for lunch and I don’t see that changing.

This bar has been around for a long time, but I never venture into it until now.
Friendly wait staff and the food and drink were served promptly.
They do have plenty of large screen TV, so should be good for a sports viewing event.
Went in on a Wed lunch and ordered southwestern type chicken salad, but I asked not to include onion and replacing the dressing with oil and vinegar. The salad came out just the way I ordered and the price is about the same with other similar type of bar/​tavern. The chicken was moist and the salad was fresh. I’d not hesitate coming back here again.

I noticed that someone posted that the servers are racist at The Crest. I am African-​American and have been coming to The Crest for about 4 years now and have never seen or experienced anything racist. Maybe one server didn’t seem pleasant or smile, but never anything racist. It is a fun and friendly environment. The place gets very busy too, so sometimes it takes a little longer for service, but it doesn’t mean they are slow or ignore customers.

Local bar. Great happy hour prices. It does get kinda hectic and sometimes hard to order. One thing about the place is that during happy hour there is a lot of people packed in. The place gets stuffy and hot. There is not any ventilation and I feel like im trapped in a box. I guess that is the price to pay for cheap drinks and 50 cent wings.

I come to the crest to watch UFC all the time. Well not anymore, walked in, sat down as I normally do and the waitress tells me you can sit anywhere but this section. So we look at the next section and there are «reserved» signs so we sit at a booth, where another waitress tells us I’m sorry two people can’t sit at a booth. Now I’ve never been able to reserve any seats before and I’ve tried. So I ask if it’s a new thing, so I can reserve seats next time, and I’m told no only the owner can reserve seats. So the owner has half the seats reserved. Great way to lose business. I will not be going back to The Crust to watch UFC anymore

Great deals for happy hour! Our pizza slices did come pretty cold and they kept changing our waitress. That’s why I’m giving 3stars, but other than that they have good deals, it was my first time there but I will come back.

@ Lunch time locals who work in the area get 10% off food! The salad bar is so good! (dine in only). Happy Hour is the best in the south bay! $ 2 draft beers & .50 cent wings! You cant beat that! And they are sure to show all the UFC fights! They also have 62 tvs! What more can u ask for!

Great little dive bar in the area. Drinks and food are extremely cheap for happy hour and tvs all over the place.
Tried the tacos here. Very tasty.
Lots of room. Great place to meet up with friends or just hang out.
The staff is attentive and friendly and makes you feel at home.

After years of feeling I had a good place to hang out with my friends and family I am finally happy to voice my opinion about this place.

I’ve have spent my money there. Not as much as my friends. They are too loyal!
After all this great years there it only took one person to set me back.
JIMMY. That Fucking Asshole!
He is a prima donna bartender that will not give you the drink you ask for. He buts in conversations while at the bar. Has an opinion about the customers and risks t he company as he insults and patronizes the customers.
There have been so may incidents that I have witnessed and had always assumed that these people were his crowd. Put apparently none of these people really like him. They just continue to go there because it’s the local bar.
Since Ronnie had his stroke the quality of the food has diminished. Only time owners are there is to pick up the deposit everyday and the remaining of business it left up to this asshole who I as posting about. I miss the old town appeal it once had. The friendly welcome atmosphere with the locals.
The owners of this bar really appreciate this man. They made him a manager! There were several employees there who are more qualified and know how to handle the public respectfully!!!
My main complaint is that these owners endorse this behavior!
Last time I went there was on July 1^st 2015. The day my brother Michael Carrasco died. We played there together for years. Whet to unwind after the hospital with my grieving son. Were told we were idiots because we didn’t know what a boilermaker was. The patrons at the bar that evening were shocked at his behavior. Jimmy also has a BUDDER Philippine who hangs out there to protect him. He threatened us as well. He is usually there. The brother reeks of tweeker behavior! And like the brother states. «This my my BRUDDER» You fuck with him, You fuck with me.“Well! fuck all of you!!!“
Like I stated before «My main complaint is that these owners endorse this behavior!»
Spend our money in a business that you feel safe at. Where you can sit and relax and enjoy yourself.

Great neighborhood bar and grill. Visited here during Happy Hour and had a couple well drinks and an app for less than $ 10!
Friendly staff, lots of room to spread out, and lots of TV’s in view no matter where you sit.
As others have chimed in, don’t come here expecting Yardhouse beer selections and eclectic apps, but what you can expect is great drink prices, good bar food, and a good time.

It looks very shady from the outside but you walk in and it’s amazing… Flat screen TVs everywhere, billiards, live music!!!

I like this place a lot! It gets a bit loud, but in the sleepy city of Torrance, it’s nice to grab their turkey burger, a beer, and to chill with good friends. The locals that come in here are pretty cool too. Most everyone is friendly and happy to have a chat.
Although it’s loud, it is a bar, and the bands that come in aren’t too shabby.
There’s pool tables here, but I haven’t played here before because they’re always taken. Some of those guys look like they’re really good too…

Classic sport bar in Torrance I would say. Kinda busy but I always manage to find a table pretty quick. If you are looking young enough the stuff will ask your ID many times which is good I assume. Servers are nice and attentive. Bunch of TV’s at the bar that you can watch in any position. But they aren’t huge btw. For soccer I’d rather go somewhere else. But if you’re planning to come and watch a game I suggest coming early especially if you’re with a group. The bar gas several pool tables behind the crowd and drinks which is very convenient. You can play as much as you want and people have not many chances to disturb you during the game. I don’t ever have very high expectations when coming to the bar, especially from the bartender. The guy a bit rude. He knows his job well, no doubts but still that behavior I count as inappropriate. The drink prices are normal though. I can even say they are cheap. The quality is ok. I willing to go back there for billiards with drinks.

I’ve been here a few times with my friends and always had a great time. It’s an awesome local neighborhood bar with cool bartenders and fun patrons.
Most of the time when I head in with my girlfriends, we hardly pay for any drinks. There is a lot of dudes there usually who are more than happy to hook a sista up.
The food is perfect «night out» drinking food. Zucchini sticks are the bomb.
They have bands on the weekends too and a lot of people go out and dance and get crazy. Glad I found this place in my hood!

TL; DR: I had an awful day at work and I needed a fucking drink with my close gf. Simple as that, don’t bother me and I would have left you a generous tip without a negative review.
So I come in to this bar waiting for my gf & some dude kept asking me if he can buy me a drink. I left it as he was so kind & he made my day by offering me & my gf drinks but I’ve been buying myself drinks as well as my gf’s so there was no need. About my 4^th drink or so, the bartenders kept swing by my table and joked that my cheek was getting rosey. Maybe they thought I was Asian and they were looking out for me but I didn’t appreciate how they came off even though I was sober enough to comprehend their jokes. I still left more than 25% tip cuz I’ve worked in restaurant industry before. If anything, two thumbs up to the girl that took care of us from start to finish but would I come back for their service? Um, let me think twice about that.

Went here once and will never go again.
Drinks were terrible and the bartenders were super rude. The bar tenders were so rude that they gave my friend a beer that was half foam. So she got a half filled beer.
To top it off after our horrible service we didn’t leave a tip on our tab and the bartenders took the liberty of tipping themselves.
