UPDATE: I came on a Sunday morning. Definitely had a high demand for blended drinks due to the nice hot weather Cali is starting to finally pick up on! AND IT’S SUPER BOWL DAY! Yasssss… I came in to put work in first, then play all day! Tahina was very nice and answered all my questions. Her and the other staff handled the morning rush pretty well. I ended up getting a Mexican Chocolate without coffee! I had it over ice with soy and whipped cream. Great mix! Mexican chocolate is really in right now. I just passed my Nordstrom Ebar and they’re promoting it as well. Genius.

I used to come here A LOT more when I when school was in session. It’s such a great CB to study or just chill. The vibe is always good, workers are never too loud.
My drinks had always come out on time and made really well. Shoutout to my fave baristas… Carla, Gabriel && Erdinel! You guys are awesome! I had to show my love.
A close friend of mine recommended the Earl Grey Latte and I’m glad she did! It’s really good, not too sweet. It’s strong, but not overwhelming. Just enough kick to keep me going with studying. Special thanks to Gabriel for making my drink perfect! Try it iced!
I think this CB has lots of tables. Plugs are to be found everywhere. If not, sharing is caring! I’ve never encountered anybody who doesn’t want to share LOL some people come prepared and bring an extension cord HA!
Ever since the renovation done at the mall, finding a parking spot has definitely been harder. Sad. But I have patience because this is my number one CB spot. I’ve even eaten in here a couple of times (Chipotle to-​go fro next door!) and they never said anything.
Service is exceptional and the dining area is always kept clean. THUMBS UP! The baristas are also very friendly and nice. From opening time to closing. They say it so nicely when they remind you that it’s near closing.

First time here but not at CB:
We ordered chai tea lattes. Nice and hot. Smooth tasting with a kick of spice. Added some cinnamon and vanilla powder, enhanced the flavor.
This place is good for studying. Outlets could be more. Some CBs have wall to wall. And you don’t have to use a code for the bathroom like a lot of Starbucks locations now. If you’re gonna buy dranks, then codes should be reserved for pin#s not the bathroom.

Overall, my experience at this coffee bean was very nice. The drink I had was very tasty and satisfied me. The workers are also very nice, especially my barista. I think her name was Maria? I’m not sure, but she skillfully made my drink the way I wanted it. Everyone should go to this coffee bean!

Customer Service is a dying art these days. So when you come upon a group of people who are happy to be working, are knowledgeable of their product and sales, and treat you as a valuable customer… that’s a win in my book.

It’s what I needed. Place with WiFi and some coffee to do work. Staff was friendly and coffee was good. Expectations were met and I’d come back. I am reserving a star for amazing service

Today, I ordered a regular ice tea lemonade (my usual study drink). I saw a black thing floating in my drink. I examined closer. To my surprise, it was not one, but TWO DEAD FRUIT FLIES. I left ASAP and threw away my drink. I am not saying Coffee Bean is a bad place to go, but I want them to be more observant when making people’s drinks.

Coffee bean is my favorite. I choose coffee bean over Starbucks anyday.
Again I think I know most locations throughout town. My go to is a Black Forest substituting mocha powder with white chocolate, yum! Some locations are better than others and I do like this location, go get your coffee here, we need more locations in town. hehe

So I’m a regular here and never usually have a problem with employees/​staff. But this morning was the exception… I ordered my usual iced chai latte and also a chocolate croissant. The cashier gave me my total $ 6.78 and I handed him a 20. He punched in some keys and then said ‘oops’. I stood there quietly and waited for him to figure out what ever mistake he made for himself. Then he calls another worker over and said he couldn’t figure out what change to give me. I’m like to myself «really» So the other guy says just give her $ 10 back. I’m like ‘um, no’ I’m owed $ 13.22 back. But the guy who had originally made the mistake was like, no, he said I only owed you $ 10 back. So I walked away because by that time I was even questioning myself. So I went back and told him you owe me 3 more dollars. The other guy came back with an attitude and grabbed ones from the tip container on the counter and shoved three crumpled bills into my hand like saying ‘here lady, shut up and go away’ Never once did I even get an apology. I also had to go back and remind them about my croissant. Sigh, this is an example of how crappy our society is getting. Thanks for ruining my pleasant morning, jerks!

I’ve been a long time fan. It’s currently under construction, it’s difficult to find parking. However, it’s still delish, the staff very friendly, and currently has 50% discount between 3 – 5 pm on all blended beverages! It’s super :)

I absolutely loved this place until about 5 minutes ago. I have never felt so bad for forgetting to ask to make my drink cold. I ordered a tea latte, and totally forgot to say with ice. When I asked if that drink was mine, and told her sorry, but if she can just pour some ice on top of it… she cut me off, threw the drink away and told me it won’t be the same and made me another one. I come here all the time and always loved the staff! But she treated me with disgust and annoyance, I thought I committed a crime! The store wasn’t busy so it’s not like she had ten million drinks to make…
Fix your attitude or if you don’t like customers then get a different job.

Love this location next to my job. I love tea selection at CB better then starbucks. Their ice teas very good on hot days. Employees our nice and store is clean. Been coming many times and continue :)

The customer service here is very friendly.
The vibes here are comforting and inviting. You don’t feel rushed to leave at all when sitting in their comfy chairs drinking, and possibly surfing the net with their FREE wifi :)
My favorite drink here is always the hazelnut ice blended with whipped cream. I’ve tried other drinks here, and they were beyond amazing as well. Black Forest (cherry or fudge?) not sure what it’s called, but it’s a great caffeine free drink. Everything is here is good in my opinion. But I’m all about that hazelnut ;)

Holy snap the frapaccino hazelnut was above average. It beat its the current «frap menu» at Starbucks… take me home!!!

I love coffee bean. The drinks at this location are always well made! The service is quick and efficient. Nice outdoor seating area.
I just wish that their rewards program was available at more locations.

I love studying at this Coffee Bean! It’s not really crowded around 3−7pm, which I love! This place has a bunch of small tables inside and outside, and two big tables as well! There are a few couches if you want to snuggle up & read a book or something! I personally like putting two tables together and laying out all of my nursing books and laptop (because I usually have a lot) which can’t all fit on one table. I’m sorry for the ones who end up not having a table because of me! :(I really am!!!
So moving on to their drinks. I ABSOLUTELY love tea. My favorites are the Earl Grey tea latte, matcha tea latte, and the blood orange iced tea. I get it in a glass mug. The Earl Grey tea latte is the BEST drink ever!!! Not even Starbucks or Peet’s Coffee comes as close to it. It’s seriously THE BEST.
Sometimes when im feeling a little sleepy, I’ll order the «Dirty Chai», which is chai tea latte with espresso. Always does a great job of waking me up lol!
Now moving on to the music selection. Btw, they’re awesome! You definitely hear a lot of good jams. Oldies and new! I love how they have covers of songs also! When I’m studying though, sometimes I wish they could turn it down so I wouldn’t have the urge to jam out and get distracted hahaha. Happens too often :/​lol
But yeah! This is my favorite place to study! I’m always here! If I’m not at home, Vegas, eating, or my boyfriend’s house… I’m HERE studying!

Wow! I have loved Coffee Bean since my first sip, and this is a great location. Located at the southeast corner of Hawthorne Blvd. and Fashion Way (by Del Amo Mall), this store is oddly laid out, because it wraps around a Chipotle. As a result, it has a lot of window exposure, which means it is light a bright. There are tables within the store as well as outside, on the patio.
Service is excellent — a friendly hello when you come in, help and suggestions with your order, and quick on the bar.
The Chai Tea Rooibos is DELISH! An excellent herbal (non-​caffeinated) alternative to my favorite tea. Excellent for anyone who needs to avoid caffeine, and I recommend topping it with milk foam. I had my tea machine brewed rather than brewed in a bag, and it was great — it made for really even flavor (rather than getting stronger and stronger as it went down).
I would definitely return to this store again. They are open 5:30AM to 10:00PM, 7 days a week.

A loud CBTL compared to other ones. Just steps from Del Amo Shopping center… accessible by all means. I came to study a bit but not so much:(I’d better go over to Del Amo to shop.

Starbucks move out the way! LOL This five star café is the place to be there more then enough seating, clean and efficient staff that have time to offer and help you find what your taste buds carve. I sure gave them a second try this morning and enjoyed delicious vanilla latte! I will sure be back soon
TIP: a medium size latte runs under $ 3.80 sweet

I loveeeee this placeeee! They have a lot of tables for people to study, free wi-​fi, good drinks, outlets, and clean bathrooms. Everything that I look for in a good study spot!
The drinks are usually good here, but I think I have found my new favorite. I always used to get the hazelnut ice blended drink, but the «favorite tea» lattes are so gooood! The earl grey latte specifically. If you get hungry, there’s a Chipotle right next door. Luck is definitely on our side on this one.
They have a lot of tables, but they are small. I think they were made for just individual uses, but they don’t care if you move around the tables and put them together. But don’t be rude and use two tables when the place is full!
