Update — Sung Boutique replied to my email. I actually received a phone call followup from Tim L. He said the dress had arrived and they will ship it out .I should receive it in 3 days. Tim was very nice and I now have a different opinion of the company. I’m still not happy regarding the prior lack of communication from the company but I’m very happy that the dress will arrive soon.(Thank you for the call Tim) * If you order a dress, I would suggest checking in with them periodically to make sure you will have the dress by the date you need it.(If my dress wasn’t on backorder, there probably wouldn’t have been a problem)

This review is for Tim’s customer service… A+++ I found this website and found a dress that I LOVED; It was Tuesday and I called them to makes sure they had it in stock. Tim said it was in the warehouse not onsite. I had some cc issues and called Tim back here helped once again patiently and helpful. I finally ordered my dress and paid for the 2 day shipping and left a note that I had to have it by Friday in Florida for a wedding. I quickly got an email back saying that my size was not in the warehouse with suggestions of other dresses. What company ever suggestions other dresses? They did… The end result I am looking for a particular dress and have to actually go shopping. I did not purchase but their customer service was GREAT! I will be back bc their stuff looks cute online. Thank you

TERRIBLE! Promised my dress by Thursday 11⁄17 and then had the nerve to call me on 11⁄17 and state the dress wouldn’t be delivered to me until Monday 11⁄21 — when my event was Saturday 11⁄19. Wendy is a pain to deal with and doesn’t understand customer service. NEVERAGAIN.

I bought one dress from their website. Worst online merchant I have EVER done business with. The dress was sized incorrectly, the customer service was awful, and the business ethic is despicable.
