Had Servepro out for inspection /estimate for our water damaged home. Took measurements(for new flooring) located water areas(obvious) then said they’d have estimate for us in 3 days, but first we had to use their company recommend asbestos testers before they would do anything. 2 days later flooded again. Glad we went with other company or we’d be in worse condition. Drying needs to start now, not when it’s convenient for this company. Bottom line no urgency for an emergency that needed immediate attention. Avoid at all cost, imo.

When you have water damage and mold it is very stressful, Servpro has ADDED to the STRESS of the situation. I have had the worst experience with this company and would never use them again or recommend them to anyone. They have the worst communication and customer service I have ever experienced. I have never felt so disrespected by a company when talking with them over the phone. When you ask a question they give you attitude. Look into other companies before you use them.

I suffered massive smoke and water damage in my condo as a result of a fire in a neighboring unit. My home had to be gutted to repair the damage. This ServPro team has been really amazing — they have made a truly horrible and stressful situation MUCHLESS horrible and stressful. They have been wonderful at working with the HOA(not an easy job) to coordinate plumbing and electrical work, and they have been very reasonable in working with my insurance company. I don’t feel like they are trying to gouge me for money, and they are taking all of the necessary steps to ensure their work has permits and is up to city code. What minor problems I’ve had to date have been handled promptly and with the utmost professional courtesy. If only all contractors were this good!
