Roadhouse Bar & Grill

First time visit was very good. Missed the location on first pass. Clean, friendly local watering hole. Famous Western Bacon Burger did not disappoint. Service was very good. Will go back. Thanks for the Unilocal reviews, they were the reason we stopped in.

Love this place & its «at home» kinda vibe. All of the bartenders are super dope & their heavy handed with drinks if you know what I mean Lol. Their food is really good & the pool tables are cheap; the kitchen closes at 9pm tho unfortunately.

My husband and I were back for another nice lunch. I love veggie burgers so this time I ordered one! They use Garden Burger brand patties which is good because I am allergic to soy. Very tasty veggie burger on a big sesame seed bun. I ordered sweet potato fries but I like the regular fresh cut potato fries more. My husband had a cheese steak sandwich and he enjoyed it. I also had a Bloody Mary, made by Shannon, one of the bartenders, it was a decent Bloody Mary! We will be back!

The staff is awesome (Shannan, Natalie & Bailey are super-​duper, to name a few), the drinks are stiff, and their large menu of comfort food is quite tasty. The prices could be a little lower, but I like the place.

Tonight was my last time going to that bar. The bartender got pissy because we were playing darts «a little hard» and was upset that we might hit picture that were 2 feet away from the dart machine. I understand the concern but even if I’m close to the machine there’s always a possibility of a bad throw. Maybe they should move breakable objects away from a dart machine instead of saying «I’ll be really pissed if you break something» sadly I’ve been going there for years. Time to like for a new place. Tonight my one stars is well placed! Work on customer satisfaction

While waiting for a friend who works in the area, I stopped by the Roadhouse Bar & Grill. Due to its lack of windows and off the beaten path location, it appeared a bit sketchy, but upon entrance, I realized not to judge the book by its cover.
The Roadhouse has everything your local bar should — booze, food, a jukebox, pool tables and the game on TV. The servers were super personable and helpful, and made me feel at home! The food was also awesome — I had the chicken melt and fries (which they make themselves), and it was super delicious.
I highly recommend if you are in this part of LA! I liked it so much I left with a Roadhouse t-​shirt.

I was visiting Torrence for work and bustin’ out my handy dandy app for a place to sooth my hunger and most importantly my thirst, before I start to scream Marsha, Marsha, Marsha!
I was a little sketchy about visiting this spot due to the area, I passed it up the first night and decided to check it out the night before my departure, all these great people can’t be wrong, right?
Damn right! Nice cold pint glasses filled with nice cold cerveza and a lime wedge for that coastal feeling, ahhh when hits your lips (I almost went Frank the Tank).
The food, fanfreakintastic, I ordered the Asian wings ($ 10), came with 12 sultry, perfectly seasoned, sesame and Asian sauce covered wings, crispy, not all soggy like Papa John’s wings, celery sticks and ranch dressing.
This place was poppin’ for a Thursday night with a diverse mixture of patrons, there were blue and white collard’s all co-​mingling and no drama, A-​plus in my book.
I did meet the famous Shannon and she was very cool and pleasing to the eyes.
I had a business call I was on and apologized to her for ordering while on the phone (I can’t stand when people do this but she was attempting to get my order and I was attempting to eat!) She shrugged it off like no big deal and thanked me for apologizing to her, very cool.
Parking could be an issue, wasn’t for me since someone was leaving as soon as I pulled in, if you Taxi/​Über it, you’d probably be better off.
I’ll be back in the area soon and will be back for more wings n beer.

Been here several times for breakfast. Staff is generally friendly and attentive even filled with regulars.
The food. Haven’t been in a while but the pork chops and eggs are top notched. In fact, best pork chop breakfast I have ever had while eating out. Delicious thick center cut and filled with juices. I also heard the same about the steak and eggs.
The only real downside is that the prices are a tad on the high side and parking is limited.

My number one bar! I love every single bartender at this place. And the food— ACES!

Popped in for breakfast ‘N’ Mary’s this morning with a good friend. We kept it simple, Bacon & Eggs for him and I had a Beef patty & Eggs both served with best Home Fries in town.
My beef was perfectly medium and the Mary’s were… Dee-​Lish!

This place is the best little bar in the South Bay. Drinks are strong and the food is good. Shannon is a great bartender and has become a good friend. The bar sponsors a few muni softball teams and treats us like kings and queens.

Food here is great and the drinks are strong.
They have 2 pool tables, and a dart bored.
All the bartenders are very friendly and fast with your orders.

For a dive bar they have very good food bar type food hamburgers sandwiches they even have breakfast menu surprisingly good. Great place to eat lunch but just remember it is a dive bar type place

Shannon is a doll. Breakfast is really good here and served until 9pm. Drinks are strong. Never too crowded.

Had a bad experience my 2^nd time here. Got kicked out cause some old lady introduced herself to me and then ask me «what do you do?». I told her it’s rude to ask people that, who you don’t even know. She then asked me again a little later trying to start a argument or bother me. I told her what was on my mind, she went and complained about me and without any questions bartender kicked me out.

There’s better places to play pool and not pay $ 6 for a pint.

Amazingly good food. Bar offerings are typical for a dive. Parking sucks but staff and patrons are friendly. A good escape off peak hours, it bustles pretty decent during the rush. I go to bars for the people and I’ve always been comfortable here. It’s a good escape from the pretencious southbay crowd.

One of the best hidden gems is the kitchen for breakfast, lunch or dinner. Got to try their amazing uncanny banana nut pancakes or any of their amazing breakfast meals. Not craving breakfast? Try one of their amazing burgers or corned beef sandwich served with your choice of fries or onion rings with a cold frosty mug of tap beer.

Great food, great atmosphere. Drinks are made with a heavy hand in alcohol! Pricing is great. Awesome bartenders. Its no wonder I keep coming back!
Been coming here since I’ve turned 21 and never looked back!
