Office wait time is pretty minimal, which is a good thing. The waiting room itself is clean and there is plenty to read, as well as good informal health programs being played on the tv, as well as on tablets in each exam room. Doctor Boyapalli is very helpful when it comes to explaining medications and their dosage. Also, if you have terrible insurance like myself she is very generous with the amount of sample medication she will give you. Another point I would like to address is the fact that this doctor is CCS approved, and many doctors tend not to have the desire to combat for medication coverage and for doing the paper work. I also didn’t realize this doctor cares so much that she actually reads reviews and tries to fix any issues a patient may have, which is pretty amazing.

Dr. Renuka Boyapalli is a great doctor. She has a great personality and sense of humor. The most important thing for me is that Dr. Boyapalli knows me as a person instead of just following the lab statistics. Monica runs the front desk and makes sure that everything runs smoothly. It is a lot of work in this era of healthcare. Pateba preps the patients for Dr. Boyapalli. She always asks me questions about what I am doing. I first met Dr. Boyapalli at a social event before she was my doctor. I immediately liked her when one of her patients walked up to her with a concern. Even though it was after hours, Dr. Boyapalli took care of her patient. When the time came for me to relocate and secure another doctor, I went straight to her office. Dr. Boyapalli and her staff are excellent.

I don’t know how some ordinary people become doctors in the first place. I don’t think Miss Boyapalli knows more than me about my condition. She is not helpful, her aid has no facial expressions at all, she looks at you with dead eyes… Anyway back to Boyapalli. She needs to go back to the medical school and study harder this time. I have a new doctor now, no more Boyapalli.
