I had a recent unpleasant experience with this company. They conducted business unprofessionally. I ordered some coins and went to pick them up today and found out that they increased the price on me even though I placed an order with his employee Vince at said price. I’ve bought from them before without issues (thus the 2 stars.) At first I thought the arrogance of the owner, Peter was playful but he should know that in the coin business, your word is like gold. Peter, you told me that if you had one box of those coins LEFT you would sell them at a higher rate. It was verified at the show that you had multiple boxes so I that’s why I placed the order at the rate you quoted me and Vince quoted me too at the show. I didn’t pick them up at the show because you and I agreed we were going to do more transactions at your store from this point on so I waited till today. Made the long drive to be disappointed. Well, by calling me names over the phone over your own greed for more money, you lost a customer for life. I rather drive an extra few miles to CNI at Golddealer (they are extremely professional company who would never stiff their customers) than dealing with your arrogant personality and your unprofesionalism and greed. For the future, make sure it’s worth the $ 5 extra you’re trying to make.

i’m not even going to waste anyones time reading. stay away from these people, especially the supposedly authentic us coins they sell on ebay.

Panda America was founded in 1982 as the first official distributor for the then newly issued Chinese Panda bullion coins. The panda coins have been a HUGE success as any coin collector can tell you. Panda America has piggy backed (panda backed???) off their lucky start as panda dealers and now sell primarily bullion (silver, gold, platinum) coins from most major world mints. They still specialize in Asian country coinage, however, and are one of the few dealers who can sell you coins from Singapore, Japan and Korea.
The company is trustworthy and professional but you can usually find cheaper prices elsewhere!!! They also sell on e-​bay and I have found exceptional deals from them on e-​bay, but their posted prices on their website are not usually competitive. Occasionally you can find a good deal on their site, but you really need to shop all the major competitors (Apmex
Kitco) to double check the pricing. I give them 3 stars because of their often high prices.
