Newton Towers

Right away Newton Towers felt like home. Our apartment is so spacious that we don’t even know what to do with all the room! The complex has a bunch of amenities including a game room, pool, fitness center, sauna, and our favorite. a giant heart shaped hot tub. The leasing manager Brendan has been the greatest since day one. He’s always available to help and a very genuine person. Everyday we have the option to lay next by the beautiful palm tree surrounded pool or head over to the beach just down the road. I would recommend Newton Towers to anyone!

Newton Towers is simply an amazing place to live! It’s conveniently located close to everything in the South Bay, and the amenities are top notch! I mean, who doesn’t love coming home to a gated community with amenities such as a sauna, fitness center, hot tub and giant avocado tree! (Yes, you read that right — a GIANT AVOCADO TREE!!)… Furthermore, our property mangager is the best in the business! He’s attentive, understanding, and such a pleasant & friendly person to have running our complex… I’ve been living in Newton Towers for several months now, and have loved every day spent here. I couldn’t ask for a better place to call home in Torrance!

I just moved in about 2 months ago. Moved from NY to CA and I’m glad my first home in California is Newton Towers! The layout of our apartment is amazing and incredibly spacious! We are on the top floor so the LA and mountain view that we have is so nice! The amenities is what really makes this place pop; a pool, hot tub, gym, sauna, laundry on site, tennis court, covered parking/​garage, game room and even an avocado tree! Our property manager Brendan is also amazing! He worked with us from day one of viewing the apartment and made applying and getting approved simple! The atmosphere of the entire complex is VERY quiet and serene which is quite different from our previous living situation in NY but it’s a nice change. If you’re looking for somewhere to live in the Torrance area, check this place out!
