Ordered a standard Hot n Ready Pepperoni pizza and 2 crazy bread combos. After waiting 20 min, girl(who had taken the order) asked what we were waiting on… THENPUTTHECRAZYBREADINTHEOVEN. Really? I’ve been waiting 20 min and you JUST put it in the oven? My fault for not heeding other Unilocalers.

Worse business in Torrance. They lost all my business. Needed 6 pizzas for a good cause and their doors were locked at 1130. They open at 1030. So I called and the phone rang 18 times b4 they picked up then they proceeded to say they are not opening til 12. Not the place to go. No sign no nothing! Bad way to run a business. And there was 3 cars outside waiting to get pizzas. They messed up and lost lots of customers

ABSOLUTELYHORRIBLE!!! It was 56 degrees outside with the wind blowing so I called my order in so I wouldn’t have to wait and I get here 20 minutes later and my food isn’t ready. Worst experience of my life

I’ve NEVER felt so disrespected on my life!!! If I can give this 0 stars I swear I would!!! So today I called in to order cheese break because I was going on my lunch bread. I young guy on the phone said it’ll be ready in 15 – 20 minutes so I went to 7-eleven then I waited for a while in the parking lot before I went in. So I went in and I asked for my order and the guy WHOIMGUESSINGWASTHEMANAGER acted like he didn’t know what I was talking about then he asked around and I guess nobody knew about my order. So I told him a guy took my order & he still acted as though he didn’t understand & he claimed no one took my order so I asked what the phone number was for their location & he said 3107681708WHICHISTHENUMBER I CALLED& I showed him in my phone and he ok So he walks to the back & talks to the GUYWHOTOOKMYORDEROVERTHEPHONE& then he came back to me and said oh they forgot to put in your order so I said«okay so what are you guys gonna do about that? I put in my order about 30 minutes ago» & he said«well we can put it in it’ll be $ 4.38» I said I don’t have time now my lunch is almost over & he said«well I don’t know what to tell you» WHATTHEHECK?! What kind of manager says that?! Then he comes and shows me a paper with my «order»(which I believe he went to the back to write) and says you ordered a pepperoni pizza. … HOWDOESITALIANCHEESEBREADSOUNDLIKEPEPPERONIPIZZA??? Now I feel like my intelligence is being insulted! But I NEVER seen the guys face who took my order over the phone only the back of his head. He could’ve at least came out to apologize but he didn’t! Then the guy said so what do you want to do buy the pizza or wait for the cheese bread but he was very RUDE about it didn’t try to compensate me for my LUNCHTIMEALREADYWASTED so I said forget it I don’t want nothing from here & he said«oh well» & I asked for his name(HEWASNOTWEARING A NAMETAGBUTHEWASTHEONLYONEWEARING A BLACKSHIRTSOHEMIGHTHAVEBEEN A MANAGER) he CLAIMED his name was Jose but I’m going to get to the bottom of this. I told him I will be notifying corporate he said«hey do what you gotta do» I will honestly NEVER be stepping into that location again!!! Oh & they’re CASHONLY?! What a JOKEEEE!

So… if you order 6 pizzas over the phone… drive to the pizza place which has an OPEN sign and a customer they are currently ringing up, lights are on, door is unlocked, employees are there(I thought to sell pizzas) wouldn’t you think they would sell you the pizzas? If you go to Little Caesars Pizza on Prairie the answer would be «NO, we can not sell you the pizzas. We are closed. We have the pizzas, but we can’t sell them to you.» Really? Obviously, the employees went home with a free meal tonight. Hope they enjoyed it.

«I’d like a „Hot & Ready“ Box.» «That’ll be 20 minutes.» «So, that’s not Hot or Ready…» *Shrug* MMkay, bye. Nope. I would be more ok with them not adhering to their ads about food being ready when you arrive if anyone seemed to care at all, which they don’t. I’ll find somewhere else to spend my money, thanks.

Very long waits. Nothing is hot n ready. the employees are never prepared. 6 people waiting in this little area for pizzas. Employees dancing in the back while customers waiting. Pretty ridiculous. Management needs to clean house and get some new staff. Plenty of people out there that want to work.

Not hot and ready. Agree with the other reviews about the employees not seeming to care. I called ahead to order 3 cheese and 2 pepperoni… I was told it would be 10 minutes. Well, I have been sitting and waiting 25 minutes– total time 35… 2 stars for cheapness.

This review is not about Little Caesars’ food. I think most people who go to LC know what to expect. It’s cheap($ 5) pizza that is bought either for the convenience or the low price. No one is expecting great pizza(although, their crazy bread is pretty awesome). The 1-star is for how terrible this particular LC is run. The pizza here is rarely«hot ‘n ready.» We used to come here quite often for the cheap pizza that you could pick up and go in a couple minutes. But for the last year or more, the service here has gotten terrible. It’s not unusual to wait 20 – 30 minutes for a pepperoni pizza and crazy bread. If you wanted something besides a pepperoni or cheese, expect to wait 30 – 45 minutes. The last time I went there was a huge group of people and only 2 people working in the entire restaurant. 2 people! There was a couple in line, who had phoned in their order 45 – 60 minutes before they actually got their food. I was told 10 minutes, but probably easily waited about 30 and I finally got my pizza only after someone came in and got his right away. I asked(complained), why I couldn’t get my pizza now too, considering the guy who just came in was able to get his right away. This place is terribly mis-managed. It makes me realize why we stopped coming here(except this rare occasion).

If I could give a this place a 0 out of 5, I would. Employees do not give a dam. they act as if they are doing you a favor taking your money and giving you cold, hard, poor quality pizza. If «Robert«is who corporate choose to put in there to represent them as their manager, then it is a very pathetic state indeed I brought home a pizza that was cold and hard; as if the yeast was murdered so that it can not rise. We ended up throwing the pizza away. In the past, when I had problems, I brought it to Robert’s attention, «Robert» told me he is the manager and his way of handling problems is to stare blankly back at you without taking ownershio for his mistake or offering an apology. Then he turns around to whisper negative comments to another one of his employees right there in front of your face, as if you are too stupid to know; and then laugh about it,. When I asked him to redo the pizza, it took him 3x and still, he did not get it right. The employees make no apology for making you wait and for burning your pizza. I will never come back here again!!!

Very long wait today. for 2 basic hot n readys. Very depressing place. loud soda fridge awkward silence and a very annoying door sensor that sings any time the door opens, and my brother saw a worker walking around with bread sticks in their bare hands. Not sure what the sanitary policies are here, but I hope the workers wash their hands all the time at least. but it’s usually a bunch of high schoolers, so I doubt it sadly. This place needs to refurbish badly. It’s the exact same as when I used to be in high school.

I have only been here twice in the past 3 years, but each time they did not have items«hot and ready» as they advertise. The workers here act like they hate you and their lives. I wanted to pick up 4 pizzas for the office, but they only had 3 and the round lady hollered, 10 mins! before I could even ask how long it would take for another pizza. Dang, I guess you really don’t want or need my business! The girl in front of me paid for a pizza in ALLCOINS. When she was 6 cents short, the other employee watching(instead of making pizzas) looked like he was gonna jump over the counter and shove the change down her throat. OK, so the workers kinda scare me, but the deep dish is actually saucy and herby in a good way! The deep dish is way better than the regular style pizza, but it sure isn’t worth $ 8.00. I could get a large on special at Papa John’s for that!

Good pizza if it’s fresh but every time we come here we have to wait 15 minutes. Isn’t this supost to be ready to pick up?

I’ve been here quite a few times over the past 14 years. We would often pick up pizzas from here to feed the crowd of boys at our house on Friday nights. It’s affordable enough that we were able to do that for them every now and then. At the end of a school day, this place can be packed with children. It’s cheap enough they can pitch in and share a pizza and get full. I have had to wait on a type of pizza while the other type was ready and they would give me one that was ready as well as one that I waited for… I would much rather have both types be made and come out at the same time(since I’m waiting)! Makes sense. Tonight’s visit was super quick and fresh out of the oven… seriously! We were greeted when we walked in. Our 1 pizza order was taken and the girl called out that she needed that Deep Dish Pizza that just came out of the oven. PERFECTTIMING! This pizza is soooo cheesy, in a good way! Could use more pepperonis and more evenly placed, then it would have been over the top perfect! We have had just about all the pizzas at least once. The Hot-n-Ready Pizzas are hit and miss in regards to being ready and being hot. The toppings they offer are pepperoni, green pepper, onion, Italian sausage, ham, Canadian bacon, beef topping, black olives, green olives, banana pepper rings, jalapeño peppers, bacon, mushrooms, and pineapple.(Please note: not all toppings are available at all locations). They have dipping sauces, but you’ll have to pay for each and every one of them. Even if you order breadsticks and want a sauce, you must pay for it. I think they should include at least ONE with the breadsticks. Their wings are pretty good, too. They come in a variety of flavors: Oven Roasted, Buffalo(hot or mild), Garlic Parmesan, BBQ, Bacon Honey Mustard, Lemon Pepper, and Teriyaki. Not sure exactly which ones are available at this store currently. If you want a quick snack, lunch, or dinner… you should come to Little Caesars. Hard to beat the price.

For cheap and quick eats Lil’ Ceez is a good option, however during my most recent visit, I was annoyed that the wings they advertise as hot and ready required a 16 minute wait. I run in and order a pepperoni ‘za and an order of wings. The gal takes my cc and charges it and walks to the back. About two minutes later a guy came into the restaurant and sat down. Basically, his body language and interaction with the cashier implied that he had been in before and ordered some wings as she gave him a bag with a couple of containers with wings. The cashier went back to the back and then about five minutes pass and she come to the front and looks at me and says, «oh, you want to wait for your wings here?» I looked at her puzzled and asked, «the hot and ready wings I just bought?» «Well, we’re out of wings right now and it’ll take 16 minutes for them to be ready.» She then asked if I wanted my money back, which I agreed to. I’m not a fan of even steven customer service and this lc did just that. To top it off, the manager did not know how to refund my credit card. Six minutes later, I walked out with cash and a pepperoni ‘za.

They don’t care about customers, it seems. They don’t accept Little Caesar’s coupons. They are not franchised, so they don’t answer to anyone. They don’t have pizza ready and available at all times like the ad says I contacted Little Cesar”s Company on their web site. No Response ! I would never go there again. They get a 2 as the pizza I did have was not bad

Pretty good pizza for a pretty good price. Of course, you’re not going to get a great selection of toppings here, its only pepperoni or cheese, but its not bad! The pizzas are all ready to go, so you can be in and out with a box of pizza on your passenger seat in less than five minutes! My recommendation? Get the deep dish pepperoni pizza, a bag of crazy bread, and two garlic butter sauces — a $ 12 meal to share with your friends or family!
