Been coming here for years. Everyone here is very friendly and super helpful. I have had many glasses and have been to many places. Lenssee Optical has been the best by far.
I have never had any problems with them, and they have been super patient with me even when I just go there to look at the new frames in stock and not make any purchases.
Would highly recommend.

I’ve been coming to this place for years and the couple who runs the business is so helpful and sweet! They really know how to pick glasses that fit your face well. I remember buying my first pair of glasses and had so much trouble figuring out which one I wanted with a specific budget. I also think that sometimes their prices can be cheaper than costcos? My friend told me the box of contacts he gets is cheaper than costco’s. but not too sure. But their customer service keeps me coming back!

The only place I go to. The owners are always so helpful and accomodating. They have a wide range of eyeglasses and sunglasses including designer frames. Love this place!

I highly recommend this place.

I’ve always had a good experience at Lenssee. Very friendly, and great customer service. A large selection including many high end designers.

Was in and out quickly. Amazed me at how fast it was done. The guy was very patient with me and courteous. I guess if i were to give them a bad remark, it would be that they don’t have cheap frames LOL. I must say, it is a little on the expensive side. Quick and painless, so i give this place ⁴⁄₅ stars.

It’s a great place to get glasses, but the price is a bit expensive.

For the past 5 or 6 years, this was our family’s go-​to place for contact lenses/​glasses.
Since we bought more than 5 glasses (ranging from $ 200~$ 500) and refilled our contact lenses during that period, it’s safe to say they made a pretty good sales from us.
So why the one star? Well, first of all, the way they do their business is very shady and possibly very illegal. I say this because every time I went to get my glasses, the shop owner measured and did readings on my eyes (with machines and what not)
But they legally does not have license to operate and get readings from patients. They are just shop owners and by law, they have to source it to an outside optician/​optometrist (I do not know the difference) who comes in twice or three times a week.
I know this luckily because I ran into the optician in that shop. He specifically told me not to get my eyes measured by the shop owners, but they already had, as well as my entire family on numerous occasions. He warned me if they ever try to do it again, tell ‘em no and call him directly.
I am assuming this saves cost for the shop owner: they dont have to pay for optician visits.
Secondly, when I went in there once to ask about something general, they completely, I mean COMPLETELY ignored me. They refused to even eye-​contact me while I was asking something very politely. Is that how you treat a customer who spent over $ 3000 at your shop?
Yeah, they are very nice and friendly while you are shopping for glasses, but that’s it.
Third and lastly, according to my optometrist, the contact lenses they use are/​were absolutely unacceptable in today’s market. It’s like they are using lenses from 1980s. The doctor told me no one uses what they use anymore and instantly prescribed to me the ones with newer technology (lenses that retain moisture better and also breath a lot easier, hence less uncomfortable)
And the new lenses were omg so much better than before. Much less fatiguing.
I’m sorry if this review is rather long but glass-​purchases aren’t cheap. And if you make a mistake, you are likely to be stuck with it for at least a year or two.
Search around and go to a better shop. This one is full of cheats, unprofessional service, and lack of up-​to-​date products. Trust me.

Lenssee has a great selection of glasses from Ray Bans, Oakleys, Konishi, Versace, and more. They are high end brands. The minute you walk into the store, the owners are very friendly and attentive to your needs. I noticed they’re very patient with all the customers and help you find the right glasses for you, even if it takes an hour or more. I have VSP insurance and they assisted me in filling out the paperwork to get reimbursed for my glasses. You cant find better customer service than this place. I highly recommend getting your glasses here.
