BEWARE!!! If you don’t provide your Social Security number they will not see you!!! A doctor’s office is one of the last places you want to give your ss# to! Especially if they don’t encrypt it!!! Oh might I add, it’s a cattle call! Btw, I only left 1 star because I had to in order to leave a review!

My mother had a huge umbilical hernia, and of course was mortified to have it removed. We were referred to Dr. Kram via her insurance and from the moment we walked thru the door we had a very pleasant experience. The staff was very nice and friendly. We didn’t have to wait long before entering to exam room. Dr. Kram explained the procedure and told her what her options were. The staff quickly told us what the next steps were going to be and we were on our way. The day of the surgery came and we had a very good experience at California Hospital where he does some of his cases. He took the time to explain what was going to happen and he has very great bed side manners. The entire experience was wonderful from day 1, she still see’s him periodically for follow up exams and is doing very well from her surgery. Never in a million years would I have expected her to heal and look so great. Thanks Dr. Kram & staff for all you do. Keep up the great work. PERKS: *** free parking @ Torrance location *** no problems getting appointments *** reminder phone calls

one star is not even worth it. i went to the downtown legsavers office. first of all they do not give appointments. i waited four hours the first time to see him. i waited months to schedule an simple 40 min to one hour out patient surgery at st. vincent’s medical center. as i came out of surgery dr. kram told me that everything went fine but i noticed i was hemorrhaging. he put in more sutures right there in recovery rather than taking me back into the or. rather than being sent home, i was sent to a room for observation overnight but i ended up bleeding profusely, almost dying actually, waited three hours for dr. kram to get back to the hospital and sent back into emergency surgery at 11 pm to stop the bleeding. i was sent to icu with critical care nurses hovering over me for two and a half days, sent home still feeling terrible and ended up back in a different hospital two days later with a massive infection. a few weeks later, still weak and not well, i went to dr. kram’s office for a follow up, waited for two hours to see him and was told that he was going to keep the stitches in for two more months(until 6÷4÷15). i went last week to have them taken out and it was excrutiatingly painful. this doctor does not have a gentle hand and in my 53 years never had a worst two month period in my life. stay away. stay far far far away.

I had a great experience at dr. Krams downtown office. He repaired a stent that had been wrongly placed three years earlier. He was knowledgable and communicated every step of the procedure with me. He schedules appointments all at the same hours so it is first come first served – but I never waited more than 30 minutes. He has ultrasound equipment right in his office so there is no extra trip to the radiologist. A very good experience so far!
